They were very helpful
They were very helpful, punctual and easy to question. They cared for the car and did the service and MOT very quickly. They kept in touch frequently and were very friendly but didn’t push for trade. The delivery was faultless and punctual.

Stress free part exchange
In a very competitive used car sales environment this company stands out on several counts.The very complimentary comments on the review website caught my attention and these guys have lived up to their billing. They offered a competitive part exchange deal, the quality of customer care was exemplary (particular thanks to Luke), they went the extra mile on warranty and they provided great all round advice about buying and selling cars.
Repeat business is the holy grail for any company and I will certainly come back again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After 18 months, £4000 pounds in legal fee’s, a court case in which phoenix declined to attend, numerous solicitors letters which they ignored and a team of high court enforcement agents later. This week we finally receive the refunded money from this horrendous outfit that call them selves a dealership. The car they sold to us was inspected when we received it and had numerous mechanical faults. After avoiding us we decided to invoke our legal right to return the vehicle and at this stage it went silent.
However this drama still isn’t over. After completely blanking us and our legal team for 18 months. Phoenix suddenly found our contact details and turned up at our house to take the car away.
1 day after they are now demanding money by a set date for a missing manual to the vehicle.
An absolute disgrace of a company, stay away at all costs. The stress this has caused me and my partner is indescribable… STAY AWAY!

In response to this review, we will clarify each individual item you have addressed, as this review is not warranted considering this issue has been resolved.
Firstly, on reporting of your issue, we liaised on your behalf with local garages to try and get you suitably booked in for aftersales work, with parts that we paid for and was happy to provide to you. Unfortunately, you delayed this on your own accord and then seemed to be frustrated at the time delay. The vehicle you purchased was 10 years old, and over the 80K mileage mark, as thoroughly as we prepare our cars, vehicles of this description, and newer, or older, can develop faults at any given time, through various contributing factors, including long distance journeys, wear and tear, weather elements etc. We ensured that we responded in an efficient manner and tried to assist in every way possible.
To then register a complaint, starts internal procedings that you will not be aware of, including investigations into reported issues, ascertaining evidence and a clear picture of what has happened, and finding a resolution. There was also issues with us not receiving mail during the christmas period whilst we were closed, which is not within our control, unfortunately that delay meant we missed a response deadline, which through no fault of our own further delayed proceedings.
Just to clarify also, we have not 'Blanked' anyone involved in this process, communication with yourselves ceased as we were instructed to communicate with your chosen solicitor, of which we met every deadline set, other than the one above mentioned regarding our christmas period closure. So this therefore disregards that point as an untrue statement.
We have not 'Demanded' money, we made you aware that if the car was to be returned to us and you be reimbursed, which has been completed, that any mileage or missing items would be charged to yourself, considering you have not lost out financially as a result of the conclusion. It is your responsiblity to ensure that if you are returning a vehicle to a supplier, that you provide everything that came with the car when it was delivered to you.
To finally close the matter, this review is strongly opinionated and does not disclose all the facts of the resolution which is unfair as you fail to mention all the help and support we offered to you, including as mentioned above, us booking you in to save you having to take time out of your own schedules, buying parts, offering repairs regardless of fault, and much more which we know you are aware of.
We therefore render this review inaccurate, and suggest that this is taken down as it is led to misinform our consumers, and is opinionated and biased towards yourself, and not a true reflection of what has happened, which we cannot disclose to the general public as it has been disputed legally.

Luke is an amazing sales person, always giving his best.

This review comes a little late for various reasons. My first contact with Phoenix RC was a little disappointing initially – nothing to do with them, simply that I was a few hours too late making enquiries about a car I saw on Auto Trader. Someone had beaten me to it and a charming young lady, Ella, who was very apologetic, let me know that it was no longer available. So, it was back to my search and found another couple of suitable vehicles. But then, a couple of days later, a call out of the blue from Ella to say that my first choice had become available again. I paid a holding deposit & made arrangements for a viewing. The car, a Mazda 6 Sport Nav estate, was immaculate and I had no hesitation in agreeing to buy. Luke, my sales contact, made everything so easy & answered any questions I had. There was one little hiccup in that the car I wanted to trade in was deemed unsuitable. Phoenix RC took it into their workshop & put it up on their ramps. Their mechanic explained the reasons why they could not take it. This just strengthened the impression that Phoenix RC are careful about the quality of vehicles they handle. It was all very reasonable but it made a mess of my deposit plans. Luke was very apologetic but said that all was not lost & made a couple of phone calls. To cut a long story short I managed to sell my car for cash to someone nearby thanks to Luke. Back at the dealership we completed the finance formalities & arranged to collect my new car a couple of days later. Since then, I have been enjoying this car and I am very happy with the whole transaction. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Phoenix RC Ltd to anyone.
Oh, and the complimentary coffee while viewing the car & completing the paperwork wasn’t bad either!!!
