Very good experience - extremely tasty meals and cannot fault ingredients provided. My only comment was that I ordered 3 x meals for one and got 1 meal for one and 1 meal for two in terms of the herb kits and broth, which meant I felt I needed to use them quicker than I might have but taste was delicious so would definitely order again!

The packaging is brilliant, everything is well well sealed, delivery is great and very on time, all the steps of cooking are easy to follow, the only thing that could be improved is the seasoning, the broth is nice but need more salt, just add a pinch of salt will make this pho perfect. Well done overall...

I was quite disappointed with my pho if I'm honest. It's all about the broth and this broth wasn't good. Lacked flavour.

The beef was very tasty and the summer rolls with prawns delicious.

I ordered chicken, prawn and tofu pho. Each one was flavoursome and easy to make!

Got the meal kit as a gift for Christmas. We loved it - well packaged, excellent quality ingredients. Super tasty. Will definitely be ordering again 🤩

We had a small issue with the summer rolls having broken in transit but I emailed and they offered a replacement straight away. Amazing customer service

In the main excellent! Wasn’t crazy about the chicken seasoning although it was a close call. I like the chicken plain and then add.
Pricey to have all the time but the kids especially loved it and will 100% be ordering again.

Needed more flavour, not as good as expected

Well packaged, came on time. Absolutely delicious!! (I ordered two meals. I wish they would have supplied an extra chilli and a bit more greens but apart from that....I'm a very happy customer and considering subscribing. Yummy yummy yummy!!!!

Very disappointed with order. I received Chicken Thighs instead of Chicken Wings with no indication of how to prepare them, The Summer rolls had far to much ingredients and the video did not help in making them, although got easier with practice. The rice paper rolls, were almost all broken with only two left intact before being cooked.
The Pho had no where near enough stock for the amount of people, I needed to make at least double the amount myself, I'd ordered for three people, so it came as two and a one, the beef for one portion was in a clump that was sinewy and chunky, the two pack was very thin cut pieces, so clearly very very different and therefore looked odd when serving, as it appeared to be two different meats altogether. the thinner meat tasted fine but was very grey in colour.
Overall a hugely dissapointing experience.

Great!! Well packaged, easy to follow recipe, and it all tasted fantastic!!!
