Vietnamese Coffee Co Avis

Honestly, if I could rate these higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
I ordered a discovery pack for my Fiancée and failed to read the description correctly. I was after whole beans but it wasn't until the package had arrived that I realised my error and had actually ordered ground coffee.
I contacted them to inform them or my error and they honestly could not have been more helpful and accommodating if I had wanted them to be. Original order returned, replacement order received, all very efficiently. Even a little extra sample of some different beans along with a hand-written note inside the replacement box. Special mention and thanks to Martin on that one.

If every company operated in the manner that these guys did, life would be a lot less stressful. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

First taste of Vietnamese coffee. Delicious. I had the sweet custard like topping on my coffee.
Guess what? I couldn't finish it. Late in the day. Plenty of caffeine, too much for this body late in the afternoon.
I will see if it is heatable tomorrow morning! I do hate to waste. Quite expensive. But lovely. Strongly recommend.

So disappointed. The coffee is supposed to taste like coffee from Hanoi but it was weak and tasteless.

Having just come back from Vietnam with phin filters we were keen to replicate the coffee (if we could). We went to Vietnamese Coffee Co. because they were independent (not Amazon or similar large unethical retailers) and had started their company following their own Vietnam experience.
They delivered (literally). Coffee came in a few days and transported us back to the street coffees we had left behind. Top quality, decent price, and a good selection of flavours to try. We got 4 bags and they were all delicious.

Great prices and selection. The online ordering website was clear and easy to navigate. Our order was processed quickly and sent reliably and on-time via Royal Mail to Scotland (thank you for not using E*ry).

Great service and the coffee tastes and smells fantastic. The Qua Phi Blend has great hazelnut flavour. Will definitely purchase again.

Delivery was faster than I expected and the coffee is lush, so tasty I've been telling all my work mates about it and even making them one to experience it.

My husband discovered just how good Vietnamese coffee was in a recent trip to the country and missed it when we got back home. When I bought your coffee as a surprise for him, he couldn’t believe just how authentic it tasted. I don’t think he’ll ever go back to his usual coffee! Your delivery time was quick too. Overall, I’d thoroughly recommend the Vietnamese Coffee Company.

Easy ordering , good info & great products

Great products, prices and customer service. Can highly recommend. Ordered from Ireland, arrived promptly despite the usual holiday season delays from courier companies. Very pleased with both the coffee and the phin!

Rapid delivery and delicious, quality, coffee.

Easy to order, communication fantastic. Order arrived promptly.

very nice, i enjoyed this. i will try with condensed milk but works well with my sage.

Very unique taste compared to coffee you would normally get in the uk. Strong flavours of chocolate and great with condensed milk as they would do in vietnam. Will be buying again

As close as you can get to the coffee in Vietnam.

My husband loves this coffee, he had tried lots of brands but this is by far his absolute go to. The Sira blend is his favourite but there are other varieties. The service is quick and we get regular updates from them

taste amazing, just wish the bags were bigger grams.

I love to support a small business where I can

I have looked in many places to find good Vietnamese coffee since mine from Vietnam ran out. So I found this website and it did not disappoint.

The blends are delicious and work great. Delivery pretty quick too and not super pricey.

I have used them twice would buy with them again

Coffee is delicious, order was packaged and delivered very quickly. I'll definitely be ordering more coffee form here in the future.
