I went to Saigon last year and was hankering for the coffee. So glad I found this place !

Amazing Vietnamese coffee which transported us back to our time travelling in Vietnam.
Easy to order, and arrived promptly, packaged well. Will be ordering again and again!

Quick delivery from NI to the mainland. The House blend is my favourite coffee and is must have.

The Su a Blend came as a grind for cafetiere and filter, both of which I use fairly regularly. It is now my new favourite ground coffee. It has a delicious taste that seems to hint at fall and promises winter. The fall flavours of pumpkin and spice are there but in the distance. The notes of chocolate vanilla and caramel as indicated on the package give this unique coffee an invitation to the world of the "Robustaholic!" the 70/30 blend isn't quite entry level but seasoned Robusta geeks will enjoy a completely different flavour. I've never tasted anything like it and would recommend it. The Bo blend beans make a dynamic espresso and as long as you have little need for sleep again the flavour is intense and richly satisfying. I found the crema to be forgiving and once dialled in it is again a unique flavour. I use a Rancillio classic with a Sage grinder.

Took four days to deliver by Yodel when it’s within Belfast.

Contacted Vietnamese coffee co directly about how slow Yodel is and how my updates were all over the place. The status would constantly flip between “awaiting pick up by sender” to “in transit” with no indication of delivery date or when it was going to be delivered.

They told me that YODEL is wonderful and that I should read their trust pilot reviews cause there is no issue with delivery…

The website doesn’t tell you what you’re buying and a lot of the information like the blend or even where it is roasted ( I presumed that was done locally but learnt it’s roasted in Vietnam) I only learnt from the packet description, not the website itself.

The packet of coffee I have tried is nice for all the faults.

But between the time it took to deliver and the customer service were I was mostly dismissed and giving a spiel about how this business was started by 2 brothers has soured me on whether I would try it again. Plus it cost £18 all said and done.

I haven’t got much to compare it too and I was told it was unfair to compare them to their competitors anyway, cause they’re “multi million companies”.

Even though I was referencing smaller start ups and direct sellers.

So whether I come re-order again purely depends on seeing what else is out there to fill my robusta coffee addiction,
