Vietnamese Coffee Co Avis

Amazing taste of chocolate and hazelnuts. Love it and have already bought 3 times. Delivery is fast and efficient by post.

Having lived and worked in Vietnam from 2012 to 2016, I missed my daily Cafe Sua Da (Hot Coffee & condensed milk), but a secret Santa present of this coffee has made me feel right back 'in-country'. It is so authentic. The Sua Da is amazing, and I am loving the Bia Blend. No if's or buts, if you get some of this coffee, you'll be getting the indescribably great authentic Vietnamese coffee experience that you just can't beat.

Really great products & prompt service & response!

It was nice to find a completely different approach to coffee and I found the perfect gift for family who love coffee and who are also about to visit Vietnam.
I was a little puzzled when I made my purchase but did not receive a confirmation email. All the website reviews were great and then a few days later I received confirmation from Yodel that the parcel was on route.. The coffee gift boxes look fab and my brother is equally over the moon with my gift choice.

I have amended my review to 5 stars following a kind message from the owners regarding the permanent closure of their shop due to covid - my condolences for this sad event. Apologies that I did not receive the confirmation email in my spam - gremlins I guess. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Delicious, authentic coffee and great dripper however the coffee arrived open (assuming this happened in transit) and the box of the dripper arrived very battered. It would be great if they could both come in a box with some padding as opposed to just loose in a bag! Thanks

Package came on time to be given as Christmas present. Everything was in good order.

So, the user and buying experience was great, and it was delivered as agreed. I have no complaints with the process.

However, the coffee itself wasn't for me. I found it to be very bitter and didn't get a huge amount of flavour as a result. I actually couldn't finish the packet. It might be this is just my taste and someone else might really enjoy it. But just not for me, sadly

Great quality cups. Well packed delivery. Could not ask for more.

The best tasting smoothest coffee ever a benchmark for all others IMO, we have been using Vietnamese Coffee Co for a while now and glad we found them! thanks & regards

It's a nice blend, but a bit slow to arrive given the carriage charge and is overpriced in the first place. I'll keep looking at alternative suppliers with a lower cost.

Loving our Vietnamese coffee! There was a hiccup with delivery, but the guys were really helpful and friendly. They kept in touch and kept me fully informed until the situation was resolved and the coffee kit arrived.
The kit was great and came with really detailed instructions for using the filters so that we were able to make a good brew straight away. Very pleased!

Fantastic coffee from a fantastic company. It’s very hard to get this product in the UK and to have to be authentic. These guys have gone above and beyond to deliver amazing coffee.

Fabulous coffee
Fabulous service

Excellent service, well packed, superb coffee. These are my go to suppliers

It would be helpful to have more detail on blend of coffee, eg % of robusta and arabica. Also more details on flavour notes.
