Enjoyed my order but didn’t get the extra bean sprouts I had paid for.
I couldn’t find the chilli oil on the website either but used siracha for an added kick.

I was hopeful that this was going a great tasty dish but it was bland as bland could be. Basically a weak beef stock. Not sure why I spent £56 on a meal I had to cook that I could get delivered for half the price. Looks like you spent all your money on marketing and little on the product.

We found the summer rolls incredibly fiddly and not worth the effort to make, and found the Pho bland and disappointing as we are big Pho lovers. We both didn't finish our meal and ended up throwing most away unfortunately. Very disappointing overall.

Incredibly delicious, authentic and fresh ingredients that made us feel like we were back in Vietnam. Everything was really easy to make with clear instructions and the owner was reachable and lovely for any questions we had with our order. We will be ordering again!

Even though I ordered a week before my delivery day I was sent an email 90mins before my order was due to be delivered to my house saying they couldn’t send the main protein of my pho and would send an alternative. Once I got home and unpacked my delivery I saw that even my substituted protein hadn’t been sent. I was therefore left with a very bland meal after my husband went to 3 separate supermarkets on Valentine’s Day to try and source another protein, as it was then 7pm all of the shelves were bare.

I emailed the customer service contact on my substitution email to complain about the service I had received and I have still yet to even have an acknowledgment of my email.

Terrible customer service so far, and I can only hope that I receive some kind of acknowledgment of what has happened and that I get the compensation I have requested for my extremely disappointing first order.

I was so excited to hear I won this months competition to provide an idea for a new special! The beef wrap was delicious & beautifully marinated. The salmon pho so fresh & tasty. All the little extras chilli oil & prawn crackers were a great surprise too. Thank you & keep doing what you do best Phonominal!

Service and delivery was excellent, the quality of the ingredients was also great but the food itself was disgusting. The broth was way to sweet, the summer rolls were bland and the dipping sauce tasted like floor cleaner. I know this sounds harsh but it was not good.

Phomo is amazing. The food comes well packaged and super fresh. Delicious and fun to do.

Food was Delicious. I just wish there was more broth. Ordered Beef and Chicken. Mint, bean sprouts, lime and cilantro were all fresh and perfect. Will def order again.

My parents enjoyed the pho which they received but the starter ingredients were missing. Good customer service. I was refunded for the missing items and they responded really quickly.

Great packaging, great amrketing! watching the ads i was salivating! and excited to try however although it was a nice experience to cook the food, I wouldnt purchase again, the flavour was quite bland and the instructions were'nt very good, after following the instructions for the rice paper sheet for the beef rolls they went terribly wrong and we had to watch a youtube vid on how to work with the rice paper ( which was nothing like what the card stated ) so once we followed the youtube vid we thankfully ended up with 2 rolls out of 4 given.

Our order was received on the requested date and well in time for that evening's special meal. The packaging was sufficient to protect the content as well as keeping it fresh. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow with very little effort. The dishes were unbelievably flavoursome with very authentic aromas and textures. We will without doubt be ordering again.

Easy and eco delivery, the instructions were simple to follow and the food absolutely delicious. Will definitely order again. Paired it with a bottle Petit Chablis which really worked.
