Physical Gold Limited Avis

I have read the complimentary reviews below and can do little other than to echo and support their message. Dan was absolutely excellent in his pitch - he was prompt, professional, co-operative and courteous. Perhaps as an example of excellence l might cite the fact that within 18 hours of me posting the sovereigns in question the monies due were firmly deposited in our bank account. Would l use the company again? Would l recommend them to others to use? .. ‘absolutely yes’ .. thank you,
Tom Moran

As a newbie to investing gold I found the service to be reassuringly straightforward and helpful with prompt communication.

Fantastic service, from initial enquiry to the end. Faultless . Would highly recommend.

I was looking to sell 3 half sovereign coins. I made a few enquiries locally via jewellery shops but they only wanted to pay scrap prices for the items. I then looked on Google for alternative ways to sell Jewellery. I found Physical Gold. Never actually using anything like this before. I filled in a quick online request. Dan came back to me asap with a very good price. I accepted the offer and was advised by Dan how I needed to sent them by post. Special Delivery. The items were received an a knowledgement was sent to myself advising the funds had been paid directly into my bank account. Overall an amazing experience which took less than 24 hours. Today we do not see enough of satisfactory
customer services. Would highly recommend to anybody wishing to sell items.

Really straightforward and efficient to deal with Physical Gold. Best price paid.

Very efficient, quick service. Good communication. Impressive.

I thought I would try to sell two gold sovereigns that my Grandma gave me 75 years ago, and chose PGL from an online search. Can’t speak highly enough of the service that Dan showed me. Very friendly, efficiently quick, and the money was in my account within minutes of him receiving the coins. Well done!

I spoke to Dan Fisher yesterday about selling gold sovereigns to Physical Gold, price quickly confirmed by email and transaction concluded today. The customer service has been exceptional. I highly recommend Dan's company and for its informative and helpful website.

Great service, no pressure to sell. Money in the bank next day!

I have just sold some gold to Physical Gold and dealt with Dan. He was very quick to respond to my questions and gave me a lot of good advice for my future investments. A very swift transaction, I would recommend 100%.

So easy to work with - arranged a price for bars, sent them special delivery and got payment next day Superb

Did what they said they would do. Fast efficient and quick to remit. I would use again without question

Really professional company, the transaction was smooth and efficient, Jo and Dan are very responsive and assuring, cannot fault their service. thank you

Great experience, really easy, about the best price offered by a number of similar companies, certainly the easiest process. You can call and speak to a human without holding or going through any frustrating automated phone systems. I got quaoted a price at 10am, dropped it off at 11:30am and the money was in my account about 10 mins later. Perfect !

Fantastic service!! Would definitely use again and recommend Dan and the team.
