Excellent, efficient and friendly service.
Kept me up to date throughout the whole process and answered emails very quickly which I really appreciate.
Happy to do business again!

I have had several dealings with this company and have always received first class discreet and professional customer service. Transactions have been prompt and the staff only too willing to assist. Highly recommended.

Helpful and fast service which I did really like it from Dan

Fast and professional service delivered by warm and friendly staff

I emailed Dan, got a good price a few minutes later then went to the office and did the deal. All very simple. Also sold a few other items while I was there I spec. No hassle. Will go again.

Excellent service from Jo and Dan! I am truly impressed. They were very friendly and very helpful. They were able to make a very good offer to me for some rare gold coins well above spot and confirm this offer before I despatched them. I received payment soon after they received them. You would appreciate service like this if you ever have an unexpected urgent cash flow squeeze!

I sold a half sovereign to Dan
Communication service was excellent. Couldn’t wish for better service.

Have just sold a sovereign to Dan.
Communication with him was excellent.
The sale was quick and easy from start to finish and I would happily use his services again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Was my first time buying precious metal.
I was apprehensive about buying precious metal, but
Dan was the man and explained professionally and clearly what it was all about.
He put me at easy!!
The Website is very clear and user friendly.
The systems to buy are very good.
Purchased some items, and they turned up next day. Very quick indeed.
Can not fault Dan or the company. Excellent

Rapid fair valuation of gold sovereigns.
Businesslike no hassle transaction with proceeds paid immediately into my bank account.
Couldn’t wish for a better service.

Absolutely amazing service from buying to selling. Highly recommended. Fast and efficient service.

It's been a pleasure working with Physical Gold team for almost half a decade. Shout out to Dan for his prompt responses and taking the time to patiently provide guidance to help make well informed investment decisions. From the point of purchase to delivery and sell back, every transaction has been smooth and hassle-free. Keep up the good work team.

Fast, intelligent response.
The sale was processed in less than 24 hours.
The price quoted was marginally better than other quote I received,
I'm still waiting for two companies to get back to me 4 days after my initial email.

Quick contact with Dan the owner via telephone. Clear instructions received promptly via email on how to despatch items. Items received by Dan day after sending and payment made into my bank account before noon. Could not have been easier. Thank you.

What a great company, Daniel is very efficient and always helpful, couldn't fault him at all, what a great experience, will certainly be using his services again! Five stars only because I can't leave six!

Excellent, I tried the Royal Mint originally - terrible experience, website didn't work. Tried PGL and it was seamless, delivered next day, held for a few months and then sold back and repaid. Will definitely use again.

Having both bought and sold to PGL I found both experiences to be totally smooth and easy.

Spoke to Dan on both occasions and he was able to talk me through the whole process, didn't feel rushed and took his time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything fully.

Fantastic company to do business with.

We were looking to sell a gold sovereign and approached Physical Gold. Dan responded immediately to my enquiry and then locked in a price for my item. He confirmed immediately he had received the item and payment was made the very same day direct into our bank account. We would have no hesitation in dealing with Physical Gold again and would highly recommend to others.

I was looking to sell a Gold Bar and spoke with Dan at Physical Gold. He was very informative and walked me through the process whereby I delivered the bar to Jason who confirmed its authenticity and money was transferred 5 mins later. Reliable and friendly - thank you!
