Physical Gold Limited Avis

Very prompt responses and payment. Would recommend

Excellent and friendly service. Placed my order to sell in the morning and received funds on my bank account in the afternoon. Highly recommend

Absolutely excellent service from Daniel. Thank you very much indeed. I would definitely recommend you.

Best price I could find also very efficient and paid me my money by 12 the next day of sending to them. Would highly recommend and use again.

I'm not normally one for reviews but felt compelled to leave one this time. I'm new to investing in gold and really didn't know what I was doing.

From the first email inquiry to the first call, then the second call, to buying and then receiving the gold Daniel was brilliant.

As I say, faultless. Would 100% recommend

This review is posted after requesting a sale of gold following the death of a relative.
It was dealt with courteously, efficiently and speedily which reduced the stress of the recipient.
Well done Physical Gold.

Such swift and efficient service, very impressed! Thank you!

Excellent service! Fast & efficient

Excellent customer service, trustworthy and efficient.

I have used the services of Dan Fisher at Physical Gold on six occasions since early 2019. Buying both gold and silver coins, on five separate occasions the service has been personal, efficient, easy and straightforward. Delivery has always been fast.
This month (May 2020) I wanted to sell all the coins, to purchase a vehicle. I received a good offer for the coins, delivered them on Friday and the funds arrived at my bank account the next Monday morning before 10:00 am.
You simply can't get that type of brilliant service from most UK companies, so I am very pleased to submit this review for a deserving business.

Sold my gold at a competitive price with the money in my Bank the next day, happy. Great service Dan. Thanks

Outstanding and efficient service from initial advice through my purchasing and eventually sales. I strongly recommend Physical Gold. Thank you very much Daniel.

Was updated regularly throughout the process, incredibly quick turnaround (less than 24 hours from posting to receiving money), felt a safe and secure transaction throughout.

Excellent, efficient and hastle free service. It was a pleasure to deal by post in these corona virus affected times!

Dan from Physical Gold was very helpful in my enquiries all the way to the final transactions. Great customer service from a great company. Thank you Dan

What an amazing service! Communication was perfect, Dan was very informative and supportive. Would definitely recommend Physical Gold. Thank you

You won't find a better service in the UK!
Working with Daniel was one of THE best customer service experiences I've ever encountered.
His advice on my Gold Sovereign Coins was refreshingly honest and he had my personal and financial best interests at heart when advising if I should sell or keep hold of them, which in my opinion is a very rare attribute in this industry.

I can assure you that you won't find better advice and gold standard service anywhere else.
I'd give 6 stars if that were an option!
