A pleasure to deal with this company. It’s does exactly what it says “on the tin”. No hassle and a prompt courteous service from the whole team. I hope I have the good fortune to make use of their services again. LH.

Excellent service from physical gold limited, very helpful with any problem you may have. The products they sell are of excellent quality & the price is very
reasonable compared to other companies. I certainly recommend them, & I am sure that I'll be buying from them again.

Excellent service and will be recommending to this company to my friends.

They had a gold coin that EVERYONE is sold out of in north America (seriously). Was very hesitant at first as I've never ordered something so expensive from anywhere but the US. I was afraid it would get lost at worst, at best that I'd have to pay some massive tariff on it or have it held in customs for months like some others I have heard with this happening!
These guys are a-m-a-z-i-n-g! I don't know how they do it, they must be working 24/7, but when I contacted them at 6 or 7 PM eastern US time, they actually responded right away (midnight in London?!).. That's dedication. They eased all my woes and assured me that either I receive the coin I wanted so bad or my full money, every penny refunded.
I couldn't believe it, I placed the order on... Sunday Feb 3rd, had the coin in my hand Monday Feb 11th. That is exactly FIVE working days as of making the international payment..with CC btw, not bank wire! And.. they didn't charge the usual 3 or 4% credit card surcharge that almost all US bullion dealers charge. What more can I ask for.
These guys are top notch! Some of the best I've dealt with among all dealers. Thanks for everything to Dan and Sally!

Brilliant selection and service. Really knowledgable and friendly advice. Very happy repeat customer!

The Best
