Ordered a physion massage gun

Ordered a physion massage gun, then refused delivery. Physion said it had been delivered and refused any replies to them. Wasted all my money. I think the gun was stolen by the courier, as has happened with other orders we have placed. Not great as physion refuse to discuss the problem by email.

Massage gun never arrived. I contacted Physion multiple times; they responded once asking for the order number, but I never heard from them again. I've emailed numerous times since, and the contact number doesn't connect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Bought a Physion pro massage gun

Bought a Physion pro massage gun. The battery didn’t last as long as I would expect & wont charge now.
I have tried the phone number on their website, which seems non existent. I have sent various amounts of emails with no response.
All I want to know is if ican purchase a new battery for my massage gun at my own expense. Again no reply.
Just a simple yes or no answer !!!🤷‍♂️

Terrible customer service. Please avoid

I ordered mini massage gun that never arrived. I received a massage by the courier saying it has been delivered, don’t know where, as I never received it. I attempted to contact physion via email and phone call but didn’t get any response.

Avoid avoid avoid, they are SCAMMERS that take your money but don't deliver items ordered, Says parcel being delivered without it being delivered and then say delivery unsuccessful now being return to sender and then delivered back to them unable to contact them and therefore gaining the payment you sent.

Inferior product and non-existant after sales service!!

Terrible massage gun and non existent after sales service!! When I received my massage gun I did the initial charge as per instructions however after having it less than a week I noticed the battery would not last very long at all (less than an hour even though the website says it should last up to 8 hours). It would also drain from 50% capacity down to zero and just switch off. I emailed 6 times via the email address supplied on the website with not a single reply. I also tried calling the number on the website but it does not connect. All I wanted was to return the massage gun and get a refund as it states on the website if not happy with the product I should contact them and if all is in order they would send a shipping label for me to return the product within 30 days. Due to no response I eventually I had to raise a dispute with my bank who were extremely helpful and I managed to get my money back. I have still had no response until this morning when I received a request for my feedback on the order that was fulfilled from the store. Absolutely laughable. I suggest you sort out your products as well as your after sales service BEFORE requesting feedback!!

Utter rubbish massage gun. Again like similar reviews recommended by my physio?! What oh why??!
If only I’d read these reviews before purchasing.
Phone number doesn’t exist nor do the emails get responded to. Physion - shame on you. You should be ashamed. You are selling a sub standard product with no battery life, my 7 year old daughter gives me a better massage yet you offer 30 days return but no one can get hold of you. Outrageous. Wasted £70. Utter bollocks

No response from customer service

The massage gun is ok but when I contacted them regarding getting a replacement charger I have never received a reply. Their phone number is not recognised.
I have since read the other reviews!
Ironically my chiropractor recommended this product.

Do not believe the 5 star reviews here that were probably written by employees. This is a scam. The product has as much power as your nan tapping the table and as much massage capability as a light tickle.

The company clearly knows this as they make it impossible to get in touch. You have to email to request a returns label but they won't get back to you. They shapeshift online so no social site is legit and their website is basically for show. Phone line doesn't work.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I bought a Physion Pro massage gun for my wife's birthday on 25th July 2024, I then looked at the hundreds of bad reviews so emailed them to cancel the order – I didn’t get a response to this so decided to raise a dispute with my bank to cancel the order and get my money back.

The Tracking info I received was for ‘Yun Express’ and my order was out for transit – having looked at the website now, they apparently only use DHL, EVRI, Yodel and FEDEX for delivery so again, this is another red flag.

I then finally get an email response to my cancellation request on 17th August 2024 from ‘Josh’ saying I would receive a full refund and 20% off a future order and can I cancel my dispute as it would ‘cost him his job’. Physion then provided my bank with false information claiming the order had actually been delivered (outside of office hours as I asked for this to be delivered to my work address) and my bank closed the dispute. The tracking information I received still to this day shows the item is ‘In Transit’ which is 167 days.

I have sent a letter via recorded delivery asking for a refund and this was signed for on 29th November 2024 and still no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

My massage gun was faulty and will not hold a charge and now is completely unusable after the initial charge ran out. I contacted customer services as soon as the product arrived and they offered me 10% discount which is an absolute joke considering the product is unusable.

Refunded!

My previous review highlighted no response to emails regarding a faulty massage gun and telephone number doesn’t exist. After many chasing up emails finally got a response. Was asked to send a video of the problem. As stated by others on here, nothing else happens but I persevered and kept sending emails. Eventually I got the one I wanted - do you want a refund or replacement? I chose refund but wasn’t holding my breath but it has landed in my account today.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS…

Ordered Physion Pro in September 2024 after seeing a friend’s massager. Although has UK address took ages to arrive from China - huge bells started ringing - but worked as expected. Developed an E1 error last week. Despite charging fully can get only 30 seconds use. Sent two emails and text the contact number with no responses. Tried to call mobile number and doesn’t exist. Paid £70 for a piece of junk and don’t hold any hope of getting money back.

Well it finally arrived...

The product arrived within a reasonable timeframe (2-3 weeks), but the fulfillment service provided no updates at all—not even a "label printed" notification, which I would normally expect once an item enters the system. This lack of communication made it seem like the product hadn't been dispatched, and recent reviews added to my concern. When the product finally arrived yesterday, it was a complete surprise.

The company did respond to one of my emails, so their communication wasn't as poor as some reviews suggested, but I wouldn't say it was fantastic either.

This brand was recommended to me by my osteopath, who described it as reasonably priced and reliable. Despite being a dropship product, it seems well-built and functions as expected.

I'm not giving it 5 stars because of the inadequate shipping updates. As far as I knew, not even a label had been printed, let alone the product being dispatched.

Find a reputable company instead

I have had a massage gun from these people for a while. It turns out that they are just a one man band reselling things they do not seem to actually support. In the terms and conditions I found the company behind it: BAGSOPEDIA LTD Check it at Companies house. Did not inspire me with confidence. The sad part is that the product was fine until I needed support. There is no way to contact anybody to help: web form, email, phone all had nil response. All I wanted was a replacement charger, as the one I bought elsewhere did not work. It may also be the gun is now defunct (hardly used BTW) but there is no support to have it serviced or anything.
