Ordered Physion Pro in September 2024 after seeing a friend’s massager. Although has UK address took ages to arrive from China - huge bells started ringing - but worked as expected. Developed an E1 error last week. Despite charging fully can get only 30 seconds use. Sent two emails and text the contact number with no responses. Tried to call mobile number and doesn’t exist. Paid £70 for a piece of junk and don’t hold any hope of getting money back.

It’s a shame I had to award one star as they don’t deserve any!!! Terrible product, and even worse customer service. Don’t waste your time

The product arrived within a reasonable timeframe (2-3 weeks), but the fulfillment service provided no updates at all—not even a "label printed" notification, which I would normally expect once an item enters the system. This lack of communication made it seem like the product hadn't been dispatched, and recent reviews added to my concern. When the product finally arrived yesterday, it was a complete surprise.

The company did respond to one of my emails, so their communication wasn't as poor as some reviews suggested, but I wouldn't say it was fantastic either.

This brand was recommended to me by my osteopath, who described it as reasonably priced and reliable. Despite being a dropship product, it seems well-built and functions as expected.

I'm not giving it 5 stars because of the inadequate shipping updates. As far as I knew, not even a label had been printed, let alone the product being dispatched.

I have had a massage gun from these people for a while. It turns out that they are just a one man band reselling things they do not seem to actually support. In the terms and conditions I found the company behind it: BAGSOPEDIA LTD Check it at Companies house. Did not inspire me with confidence. The sad part is that the product was fine until I needed support. There is no way to contact anybody to help: web form, email, phone all had nil response. All I wanted was a replacement charger, as the one I bought elsewhere did not work. It may also be the gun is now defunct (hardly used BTW) but there is no support to have it serviced or anything.

Total rubbish do not use this company

No response about exchanging a product under their 30 day terms and conditions. I got no response from emails and mobile number does not exist! It would appear that the email to the support service does not exist either.
Sent 3 emails without response in last 2 weeks.
Can you please get back to me with a response, otherwise I will put a very negative report on this trustpilot site.

The product will break after a while.
Had this product for 2 years but probably have used it less than 10 times…
Tried to message the customer support and see if there anything they could do but they change the email address and product slightly every year so they don’t have liability.
The item looks like it’s shipped from China, looks decent but longevity wise its not great and the customer service is non existent. I would ultimately avoid.

Excellent product , very happy with my massage gun from Physion.
It’s easy to say a company does a great job when everything goes well and there are no issues. However the sign of the best company is how they respond to problems.
I had an issue with my gun. They responded to my email's in a timely manner and corrected the problem immediately. Very impressed.

I was recommended their massage gun by my physio and it didn't disappoint, easy to use and works brilliantly. Website was easy to use, tracked the order and customer service was brilliant. Highly recommend

Had an email to say that the order hadn’t gone through and so re-ordered. Then checked my account, and the money had already been charged.

Have emailed and bounced back and telephone number is not connecting.

Terrible terrible customer service, if they even have a department? 3 emails and I’ve tried calling, just nothing back. My item is less than a year old and it’s broken but they don’t want to know about it…

I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. The product is shipped from China. If you return it, you have to send it to CHINA.
From the original mail: "We have warehouses in China and it was shipped to you from our warehouse from China so you have to ship it back to our warehouse. "
However, the company is based in the UK and not in China. Imprint is hidden in the terms of services.

This company appears to be a scam.
My order was placed and shipping was paid on December 17. The tracking for the order was first a number that didn’t correspond to USPS nor FedEx nor UPS. When questioned on it, they provided a USPS tracking number, but it has now been 10 days since that number was provided and the tracking indicates that a label was created but the item hasn’t even been received by the USPS. There is no explanation offered for this beyond blaming the USPS and the holiday, nor does the fact their number, which they have on file with PayPal, is out of order. I have filed a PayPal dispute and am waiting out the time before I can escalate it. Today I’m looking into what other measures I can take, including opening a fraud case with my bank.

I didn’t order it from your site, I responded to an advertisement. But I have the whole messy electronic “paper trail” including emails from Physion and the receipt (and now dispute) where the money was paid. Your very unprofessional response here just adds to the accumulation of evidence. A legitimate professional would be very concerned if a review like this came through and they weren’t responsible, because it would indicate someone was using their business name for nefarious purposes.

This massager is excellent. The perfect, non-medical way to relieve, sore tired, muscles. Battery life is excellent. I’ve used it several times without having to recharge it. Great piece of equipment and a great customer support

I received this massage gun a month ago, delivery time was good. After using this massage gun I can say with confidence that this is the best purchase I have ever made for my fitness. The seller response was fast, they typically replies with in few hours or a day. Best massage gun in such low price.

This company consistently changes its name and email address in order escape having to honour warranties. Its customer support details are also changed routinely. All products are shipped fro, China and my massage gun took 6 weeks to arrive.My Pro massage gun battery died after only 7 weeks. Physion /Physionshop, previously known as onephysion doesn't respond to emails about faulty goods and does not answer the telephone.

I ordered Physion mini on 14/05/22 and still have not received my order. I've been trying to contact you via the phone number provided on your website but no one is picking up. I sent multiple emails and received no response. Customer service doesn't exist!! This appears to be a SCAM. Money taken but no product received!!
