Awful company. Cannot speak to anyone and if I do get through I’m told everyone is in a meeting.
I was guaranteed Christmas delivery, and still not been delivered - they can’t even tell me the tracking number for DPD!
No one can help me - so basically I might as well got £60 and chucked it down the drain!
I’m appalled that company can run like this.
Even after reply from them below! Still never got an email from them!

The edging (white) is not aligned correctly with the framing, so the edge and picture are partially white, partially image. The corner folds are messy…making the item look poor quality

After spending days designing my photo book planning to gift it for xmas, it is impossible to order one as they are momentarily not available! I chatted with a customer service representative and they cannot tell me when it will be available again, meaning there is no way I will get one in time for xmas and I had to start all over on another site and rush through it to order for xmas. That's a simple no go! You need to put a clear banner on your site notifying your costumers about this especially right before xmas when everyone is ordering such gifts. Thank you for replying but there is nothing that can be done now. It is too late. Besides there is no order number as whenever I wanted to place my project in the cart it was not letting me.

WOW! I was stunned when I took them out of the box the other day. I ordered 4, each one was wrapped in plastic, and the quality was wow, took my breath away! They were so good the pictures look like they were professional done (was I THAT good)? Definitely would recommend this company and I will definitely be ordering more of them! AMAZING!
