Greta platform, downside I have to say is payouts take a little bit on the longer side than would be necessary. Other than that upload quality is great, only problems I encountered is some of my image... Voir plus

I was an early adopter (Day 1?) but have not had a single sale for a long time now. I don't know who Picfair buyers are, or what they are looking for. I am a nearly retired hobbiest, not a professional so no studio or model work. I never really hear from Picfair.. about anything .. except renew your subs. Is Picfair worth it? Convince me. Even this questionnaire is a bit vague. "Date of Experience" ... when did you first start?

Nothing to complain about Picfair.
Probably the problem is me.
I should probably keep pestering people to go there and buy my images. After an initial good fortune, as I did just that, as of late my Picfair portal has been completely dormant. Then again, I find it uncomfortable to keep asking people who follow me on social media to go there and keep buying my images. After the initial intensive campaign I did (asking for customers) I generated some sales, and it was great. I am just a bit weary to keep doing it. How long is a piece of string? Having said that, the print on demand system is great, and I never had any problems with it, nor did the customers. I'll probably upload some more new images soon and see what happens. If that fails, perhaps it's time for me to say goodbye.

I am happy with the Customer support at Picfair. It is very responsive. The only think I am not happy with Picfair is that the only use PayPal to pay royalties outside the UK. I don't like dealing with PayPal and their fees are high. Today there are many better options.

No SEO so photographers can’t be easily found with Picfair. No attempt to even try to fix this issue. Sad and a waste of of money.

Easy to upload and display photo's, but barely ever sell on this site.
Annual fee should be reflect number of sales. ie: no sales , no fee

I’m unsure of how my material is getting exposed to the market, the only sale I’ve had is from a friend.

It still surprises me that even though I had two images make Picfair’s Top 25 for 2025, I’ve never had a single sale on the platform. What’s even stranger is that I was the only photographer with two images in the Top 25—yet no sales to show for it.
I regularly sell work on other sites, and many of my images on Picfair have received stars, but for some reason, that hasn’t translated into a sale there. One of those photography mysteries, I guess.

Picfair is user friendly. This was a must have for me . I am an artist and technical confusion can really trip me up . With a picfair it was quick and simple to get my photos licensed and published.

Just a good place to show my pictures off to a broader audience, and get paid for them. Payment was relatively quick too!

The reviews to publish are always fairly quick. I appreciate that. The web site is pretty easy to navigate and use.

I honestly feel like this whole endeavor has been a waste of my time and money. It seems like no matter how much I try to keep the content fresh & updated that nobody outside the photography community even knows what PicFair is. I was hit with a targeted ad on social media. I fell for it. “I paid for my new camera with the money I made” was one of the sales pitches.
After a whole year of zero sales & less than a thousand page views, I foolishly allowed the service to renew. Since then I have one sale- a friend who bought a print for a gift. And still have less than a thousand page views.
For me, I really feel like PicFair has not been good for me. I have recouped less than 10% of what I have spent to date- if you don’t count the dozens of hours I have spent trying to curate a page that would interest people.
My advice for anyone thinking that this might be a viable source of income is to think again. I certainly hope that others have had better success. From my standpoint, though, it’s not worth the time or effort.

Im using the paid for Pro version. Before you subscribe trial this and do the following upload a number of images. Scroll down from the top and shift select images 10 to 20. Now scroll back to the top to the 1st image and what you will see is all the images have been selected. This means that what ever changes you wanted to be applied to images 10 to 20 have been applied to all images from 1 to 20.
I have exchanged several emails with Sally in support who flatly denies their is an issue but you try it before you part with you money, its cost me days of work correcting all the damaged data on hundreds of tagged images. BEWARE these people are not interested in customer support or any form of support for their product. I have never sold a single image by the way.
I've seen the response below which sounds helpful but it took a post on trustpilot to provoke a seemingly helpful response. All I would say it's a concern that online software can be so unreliable as to be influenced by your PC, operating system or any other issue in your home. Also look at how people rate this system on Trustpilot which contradics this company's claim.
