The frame showed up broken in half and the corners had come apart - getting a refund from Saia shipping has not gone well. $377.00 gone! No money and a busted frame that cannot be fixed.

Everything was great about the selection and ordering process. I've used this site several times before.
However, when I urgently needed this frame to be expedited, the frame only arrived one day earlier than regular delivery. Expedited implies 1,2, or3 days in my opinion.

I ordered a 14x18 frame and received a 5x7 frame in a box that had a sticker on it indicating an 11x18 frame was in the box. I measured carefully and know that I ordered a 14x18 frame. I need a refund.

Great experience, efficient and easy.
It took me a little while to figure out uploading the photos, and sizing etc., but once I did this was a great experience. I was able to upload all photos at once, then select the type of frame and size---loved the custom feature as well. I am looking forward to receiving the prints, they are on their way!

The quality of the frame and the included hardware makes the frame perfect!
Last Friday I received notification that two of my paintings were selected to be part of an exhibit later this month. I quickly measured and ordered a frame and it just arrived today.
It is perfect and arrived with plenty of time to attach and deliver my art to the gallery. Thank you!
