It wasn’t great. I thought the frame was definitely not worth the $140 I paid for it. Got better frames all wood and very decorative. Would not order from company again!

They use OnTrac to deliver
The website is easy to navigate and there are a lot of choices, but unfortunately I never saw the frame I bought. They use OnTrac to deliver and I have never had a single delivery by them actually make it to my address. I've been able to find the others eventually but this one is gone. I have just had to stop using vendors who deliver with them because the gamble isn't worth it. Switch to FedEx or UPS or USPS and I would happily shop here again, but OnTrac earns their 1.4 star Google review once again, and it hurts yet another business that chooses to play delivery roulette with them.

Everything was meh
Everything was meh. I placed my very first order, and before I got it, I got pressing "last call" mails to order more.
Then, hurray, I got an email that the order was shipped. It was not. All they did was print a shipping label with UPS. Why lie to a customer.
Then, they asked me how they did. On Aug 18. I received the order today, Aug 27. How could one possibly rate a delivery a week before its arrival.
The delivered product is the worst craftsmanship I have seen in a long time. I would not order here again.

I order a lot of frames from them
I order a lot of frames from them. Having shipped many of my pieces of art through UPS. I know that accidents happen. I had one frame that came broke. Sent an email to them. Got an email next day and new frame shipped immediately. I’ve never had to worry about them taking care of me. They’ve done a super job with their product and customer service.

You guys did a great job printing and framing our picture. You included the hardware which, in our estimation, was: "going the extra yard."
The delivery time was a bit slow but the picture was well wrapped and arrived in great shape.
