Correcting ordering mistake
When I realized I had ordered a frame in the wrong size I contacted pictureframes.com and they immediately cancelled my order no questions asked. I then ordered a frame in the correct dimensions.

Poor build quality, 'Wood' is fiberboard plus plastic wrapper
Quick delivery, and the customer service was strong when I had questions before ordering, but quality for the frames is really not great. Some big gaps at the frame corners, plexi on one frame was cut smaller than the actual frame opening (they are replacing that, but it will be too late). Mat core not a solid color (angled cut of the mat reveals an off-white interior), and black 'wood' frame (website says 'often made from oak, walnut, maple, or pine') is just fiberboard with a black plastic wrapper around it. The frames also just showed up with a whole lot of plexi sawdust all over them; maybe that's just the way it works, but it seemed indicative of the low level of care generally. Lastly, I am embarrassed to admit i was fooled by the appearance of a big sale; their 'regular' price seems like it's just something they put up there to make it seem like there's time pressure to get a special deal, when in actuality everything is almost always 'on sale'.

I ordered a large custom portrait of my wife and me from PictureFrames.com, and I honestly could not be happier with how it turned out. The quality of the print is outstanding, and the frame is beautiful and very well made. The colors, detail, and overall presentation exceeded my expectations.
The portrait was packaged extremely well for shipping and arrived in perfect condition. Once I hung it on the wall, I was genuinely blown away by how substantial and professional the finished piece looked. The frame complements the portrait beautifully and makes it look like a much more expensive custom piece.
Ordering something this large and personal online can make you a little nervous because you don't really know exactly what it's going to look like until it arrives. In my case, PictureFrames.com absolutely delivered.
I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a custom framed portrait.

I couldn't be happier with my frame
I couldn't be happier with my frame. I purchased a work of art from the Booth Western Art Museum 2 years ago and found the perfect frame for this 40"x65" canvas. Delivery was exceptional and hanging instructions easy to follow.

NOT real wood - description is a lie
The description says the Fabiana oak frame is real oak wood but it is vinyl wrapped faux wood materials. I want my money back. I don’t want to hear that it was customized and not refundable, when those terms are based on a lie.

User Friendly and Quality Products
Your website is very user friendly and easy to understand. Also, I liked that all I had to do, to order a frame for my picture, was put in the size of my canvas. I didn’t have to try to figure out anything else in order to have the frame fit. Your company does that. Plus, I love the quality of what I ordered. I will be ordering again from your company.
