Very Disappointing Customer Service
This is my third time ordering from this Pictureframes.com and every single order has had a major problem with it. (First order the entire picture frame was the wrong size. Second order the wrong mounting hardware was sent, and I just placed another large order for 17 frames and 16/17 of the frames had the wrong mounting hardware with them too) I emailed customer service about this and almost a week later have still not heard back from them. I am not expecting the world, just expect the order to be correct and/or basic customer service when it’s not.

Quick & Easy to Use!
It is easy to select the proper dimensions and to make sure that the frame will be the right thing for your framing project. Other sites make it very confusing and I keep coming back to this one for its ease of use. This is now the 3rd or 4th frame I have ordered and I will continue to use! I have also found the customer service to be top notch when I encountered an issue with my last order. They stand by their products!

Well made frames!
I buy nearly all my frames from this company. They pack well, so well the frame is tough to remove, but you know it is safe inside. I must have about 30 frames from this company since I discovered them.

Fixed My BooBoo, Thank you Thank you!
I received the beautiful, well constructed frame in no time and realized that I made a mistake in measuring my canvas. I was two inches off! Pictureframes refunded my payment for the frame and I ordered another one as a replacement. No fuss, great service, truly appreciated, especially since it was my mistake. They have a customer for life.

I goofed and mismeasured the painting
I goofed and mismeasured the painting, so frame was wrong--My Fault. But pictureframes.com graciously agreed refund the purchase price--and i ordered a new one with the correct measurements. That's amazing service!

Just opened my frame and it is BROKEN
Just opened my frame and it is BROKEN. Probably was a two week process to get this frame - think it was $80ish and comes broken. Horrible.
