Love your pies but you are asking for views before the current order has arrived and no notice has even been sent for their dispatch since my order was placed 11 days ago

My family loves pieminister, as vegans we are totally obsessed with Kevin, as he is full of flavour and there are no meat alternatives or ‘non food UPF’ ingredients, and we regularly order in bulk to satisfy our pie needs.

Customer services have always been great and quick to resolve any issues (there have not been many) so I have nothing be praise.

I am though disappointed that Kevin is not as popular as other vegan pies and has been shelved. We are gutted. I don’t blame you Pieminister, clearly other people’s taste buds are shot, Kevin is clearly not appreciated in his own time. Perhaps he will go down in history as an unsung hero.

RIP Kevin. You will be greatly missed.

Ordered a gift card for my mates birthday, second one in as many weeks as the pies are so good

Best steak and kidney pies ever. Tried these at Borough Market and ordered 12 when I got home. Quick and free delivery.

I was recommended to try the jackfruit pie but unfortunately it was not in stock at Sainsbury’s. The only one available was the Not Chicken and Bacon pie, so I thought I would give it a go. I found it completely tasteless and the pastry hard. Won’t bother again.

Ordered the butchers box as a gift for a friend’s birthday. It was very well received. Customer service was also really helpful as I made a mistake with the address when ordering. They fixed the issue and still got the order delivered within days of ordering.

Tried pieminister first time , had the chicken Harrissa. Whilst I rate the ingredients- free range chicken and chickpeas in filo pastry, unfortunately as usual , English people don’t get the heat right. This spoilt it for me ..too much cayenne and chilli 🌶️ . It’s not “exciting” when uk people can’t understand the ratios of heat , why anything made by English companies, it is always ‘ let’s ramp up the chilli’ - news flash : combining the spices of harissa, caraway, fennel, paprika , coriander , mint etc is great and delicious , but too much chilli spoils everything!

Recently visited PieMinister in Church Street in Manchester...really nice place and well worth a visit....Nice vibe and great great food...very friendly staff and the food was really well priced...definitely be back next time im in town.

I ordered a couple of Plant based bundles for over Easter and, despite a small delay in delivery, they arrived in perfect condition and are absolutely delicious. Non-vegan guests were very impressed.

These pies are expensive but they are so well thought out, packaging as well as the pies, I think the cost is justified. I ordered a box with a range as I'm veggie but the rest of the family aren't. Their mooless moo is the best veggie pie I've tried and I'm so grateful it isn't the usual unhealthy alternative to meat.

I ordered the box of 4 gluten free pies. 2 chicken, and 2 beef. They arrived on time and well packaged. The delicate gluten free pastry was intact. They are delicious! The best gluten free pies I’ve ever had.

Simply great tasting pies. As a vegetarian, it can often be a frustrating experience in buying pies as they are often limited to cheese and onion or Quorn the latter I am allergic to. With the ‘Wild Shroom’ and the ‘Mooless Moo’ pies in particular, Pieminster have produced two absolute fab tasting winners which I will order again and again - they are that good.
The only negative is the cooking times; it states 25 minutes but my experience has shown this is not enough - more like 45 minutes is needed. Nevertheless, still fab pies.

These pies are the best I’ve tasted. I first tasted them in a pub in St Ives Cornwall many years ago and since then I have been ordering pies from Pieminister online. My only adverse comment is I can’t see how one can order individual pies only in groups of 4. That never used to be the case. Super quality pies though and we are really enjoying them.

Our family are big foodies in and eating out and just love Pie and having experienced lots of local and branded pies we all agreed that Pieminister are our favourites. The pastry is light with perfect thickness and crispiness full of meat and delicious well balanced seasoned sauce. Will be a regular order for us in future. Thank you Pieminister.

I had to resort to ordering the gluten free Mooless Moo pies online because they’re sadly no longer stocked by Ocado. I’m coeliac but also have issues with milk and eggs so these pies are one of the few that meet my dietary needs (they’re lovely pies so don’t mind it’s jackfruit rather than beef). So thumbs up for the pies themselves. In terms of delivery I expected to receive four small boxes of pies. However, on the day of delivery (a fairly cool day since it was January after all) they arrived 50% defrosted and oozing out the box. There were no ice packs or anything to keep them chilled, like with other postal food deliveries I’ve had from other companies. They were all in one big box, with partitions to separate the pies, which is not good design as all the pies had broken up (gluten free pies are fragile so could do with being in foil pie dishes at least). Having 4 pies in one box was also irritating as I had to separate them and put them into single plastic bags so I could fit them in my tiny freezer.

I tried to order 4 pies online. When I opened the basket, there was a box to check the postcode. A message came up saying that you can deliver to my area. However, when I pressed the checkout button, nothing happened. After repeated failed attempts to check out, I rang the helpline, which went straight to voicemail, and left a message, but no-one replied to it. I filled in the on-line form, but there was no response. I rang the helpline the next day and a very helpful lady explained that the checkout button led nowhere, and you had to scroll down the page to find the real checkout link. I said to her that this was a very poor design element of the webpage, and she said she would take it up with the web design team. I hope they have done so. When I tried to order pies again, I did as suggested, and the pies came on the date they told me, nicely frozen. My wife and I ate one between us last night and it was delicious, but you do need to up your game in the web design and helpline departments.

Unfortunately the pies arrived completely defrosted when they were supposed to be frozen. This meant having to refreeze and risk the quality of the pies by defrosting twice. They refunded me on the delivery charge but quite honestly I felt I should have had a full refund as the pies would have been severely compromised. Sad because I love their pies and this particular one is not available in supermarkets.
