Your website has the tree for sale is 1.3 metres. I received a .7metre tree including the pot. The cardboard box was .7 metre in length.
I am disappointed I didn't receive an email or phone call to discuss with me. There is a big difference between 1.3 m and .7 metres.
I clicked on 1.3m on your website and was charged for a 1.3m tree.

Our website clearly states they come in 1.3L. Nowhere is it stated that the plants are 1.3m, but they do say they come in 1.3L. We are very disappointed that you didn't contact us to clarify before giving us the 1 star rating. We do have 1.3m and even 3m tall trees, but they come at premium prices.
