I​t has reduced my tinnitus and ​my neck pain​, my sleep has improved as I no longer toss and turn to get comfortable because it, brilliantly I might add, offers both side and back sleeping and it is OEKO-TEX certified​ which is important to me too. ​​
​Additionally, D​r. Hall's customer service is outstanding​. He was very hands on in helping me select the proper version and size.
I ​am so pleased I'm ordering another one for my other property!

The pillow didn't work for me since I sleep on my back with my bed raised, due to GIRD. I called and they immediately agreed to my return. I had to pay the shipping back but that was ok. Fast support

I LOVE my PILLO1! I ordered a PILLO1 15+ years ago and liked it so much I ordered PILLO1s for my parents. This is my fourth PILLO1 order. When the most recent order was delayed due to the LA fires, Kaylin filed a missing mail search and immediately sent another pillow. That is true customer service! I look forward to a travel size PILLOW1.

Hated to spend $200 bucks, but i figured I’d give it a try, considering all the hype!
Wasn’t really impressed upon taking it out of the package…BUT when I woke in the morning in the exact position I’d fallen asleep…(and it was a truly peaceful nights sleep)…let’s just say I’m 100% a believer in this pillow! And YES, I’ve told all my friends they’ve got to get this amazing item! Never have I slept better or felt more refreshed in the AM than with this pillow!
I am hooked for Life on the PILLO1

This is the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. I loved the memory foam version, but the latex is Even Better - Softer, and more cushiony. It really helped alleviate stiff neck pain! The fact that it comes in a small was really important to me as a 5'2" woman.

It was easy to shop and pay for the Pillo1

This company is amazing! I’ve personally spoken to Dr. Hall, the creator of Pillo1 and we have communicated by text. They go above and beyond with their customer service. The pillow has transformed my well being. My neck no longer hurts after sleeping. I just ordered a second one for myself and one each for my husband and daughter.

It was very difficult to place an order on the website. I tried for over two weeks. Alternatively, when I called the phone number (twice) which was listed on the website I got an answering machine with a promise that someone would call me back. I never got a return call.
Also, today when I tried to place an order for the original pillow and a King size pillow case, I couldn't load both of them into my cart. So I had to buy the pillow by itself without the pillow case. It was a very frustrating experience! I really worried that the company may be out of business.

I’m pleased with the quality sleep and relief I get from using the original pillo1 in latex. The best pillow hands down for my neck comfort. I pray they never discontinue my pillow.

I have struggled with pillows over the last few years and was looking for the perfect therapeutic pillow that was super comfortable and this one has exceeded my expectations. Very fast shipping and amazing product. This is the best pillow of this kind I’ve found and I’ve spend a lot of money on pillows!

It is very excellent for those who suffer from eye pain that is always caused by a tightening of the neck muscle because the eye nerves are connected to the neck.

I’m very happy with the pillow, although I wasn’t expecting to pay an additional $121.00 for import duty.
My only complaint would be that you supplied me with the wrong pillow case cover. The one you sent me is too small for the pillow I received.
