I discovered this pillow at an…
I discovered this pillow at an anti-aging conference in Las Vegas back in 2007. I have them on every bed in my house. Ive had three houseguests who have bought this pillow after sleeping on it. I recommend it often to friends with either neck issues or sleep issues. I had both. Highly recommended.

Excellent pillow- I tried many pillows and finally found pillo1 that gives full support to my neck. My neck and shoulder pain went away the next day after I slept on it. It's like a miracle!

This pillow is just too thick
This pillow is just too thick! It bothers my neck as it is too high.
They should have made the pillow with an insert you could remove to make it a desired height.

Five stars based on product representation and available reviews. I've only had the PILLO1 for four nights and so far I like it. I have suffered with neck and shoulder pain for years and change pillows frequently trying to find one that offers some relief and a good nights sleep. Time will tell how PILLO1 does for me. I used the PILL01 for ONE week before I…
I used the PILL01 for ONE week before I started having issues with my neck and shoulders. Now when I look down or to the right my shoulder goes numb from my ear out to the edge of my shoulder and as far forward as my collarbone. Been going to the chiropractor for three months trying to get it better and nothing is helping.

Hi Kimberly, Yes, we do offer PILLO1 in both the gel infused memory foam and the Talalay Latex foams. Both are great but the latex gives a person a lot more support as it has more resiliency. Proper Alignment resulting in reduced pain and proper alignment for neck and back health.
I have spinal and neck issues. Pillow1 was and is a lifesaver for me.
It gives me the alignment I need to reduce the pain I once experienced. I always slept on my back and due to an injury started sleeping on my side. It exacerbated the pain. Pillow1 was a gift because as every orthopedic surgeon has told me the best sleeping position is on the back. Pillow1 made it easy to correct my sleeping position. I have recommended it to friends with a myriad of issues and have been thanked porfusely.
I must also comment on the incredible service I have always received when ordering by phone.

Seen it on the Dr. Oz on YouTube. Decided to check it out. The pillow made my neck pain feel much worst. For one week my neck and upper back was sore from sleeping on it. Will never use the pillow again. I spent $179.00 on it. Wasted my money.

Product good, communication not so good
The product is great so far; I left 3 stars due to the lack of communication with the order status. At the time of ordering (2/13) there was a note "back-ordered" referenced, but no ETA. I finally reached out 3/1 for status, then received a "your order has shipped" notice, but no other communication. It felt as if the order was forgotten about on their end.

Have tried many
I have a compromised neck (bulging, degenerative, etc) and have tried many pillows and spent $$$ in the process. A friend highly recommended this pillow. I called and spoke with a representative with questions as it is an expensive purchase with no returns. The pillow is less dense than I was expecting and a bit awkward to use in the beginning. I can't say that I'm thrilled with it, but I will continue to use it as it isn't causing any pain/stiffness when I use it.
