When I first ordered my pillow, it was as taking awhile for it to get to me. I called to see what was up and had a very pleasant call with your service person. She explained the delay, and reassured me that the pillow would be on the way shortly. It was worth the wait!!

Not enough time with the product to evaluate , would be higher rating if they gave me a target arrival date vs making me track it down

I have bought 4 PILLO1's in my life. I have loved them normally. This time, however, my pillow showed up with no sticker telling me which side was firm, or which side was soft. I can't really tell which is which, and it was frustrating that these things are not stitched into the pillow so that clients automatically know.

I am disappointed this time. When spending $200 on a pillow, I hope to have a bit more clarity on how it works.

I will say, though, that the Pillo is comfortable--and I am happy for the most part with the purchase. I am not sure I will buy another--but for now, I am sticking with the one I bought.

Has really improved my neck pain after my car accident. Sleeping is much more comfortable.

The sheets are nice but with the purchase of king sheets you should give 4 pillow cases. A little pricey but nice.

I like the pillow fine; I got the one for side sleepers. However, I think it is overpriced. There are others for $49 that are as comfortable. I am interested to see how long this last compared to those. Also, I was suppose to get a 25% discount which I did not get due to some error. Upon contacting the company they said they were unsure as to why, but would give me a pillowcase. While I appreciate the response, a pillow case is useless to me as I use my own bed sheets and matching pillowcases. A refund for that amount would have made much more sense.

I have severe herniated cervical discs and have had difficulty sleeping for years. I have tried every pillow out there and nothing worked. That is until I ordered the PILLO1 Side Sleeper. It literally changed my life! I finally found a pillow that works for me and I don't wake up with headaches anymore. I highly recommend any of the PILLO1 products.

Insane delivery time, over a month for a "pillo."

This is my 4 Pillow1 and I absolutely Love It !
I suffer back pain for years , had PT , inyecciones for pain management
Since I started sleeping with Pillow1 sleep like a Baby, combine with stretching and walking every day, I feel good
I used to wake up in pain .
I recently bought my fourth Pillow1
It keeps my neck and back align
I purchased the back and side Pillow
The Latex one works best for me
it is firmer

I’ve been looking for the right pillow for several years and I’ve tried so many different types. I became accustomed to neck pain. I’m really glad I decided to splurge on this because it’s the right one for me and I haven’t had neck pain in weeks. I’m a little annoyed that I didn’t find this years ago but glad that I have it now anyway. It’s well worth a try if you’re considering it!

Since the first night of sleeping with my Pillo1, I have been able to get a comfortable, full night's rest for the first time in a couple of years! My previous pillow (made of buckwheat seeds) was supposed to help with neck pain, but I think it made me more uncomfortable. I am so glad that I found out about Pillo1 as my quality of sleep has definitely improved. Non-toxic foam materials are a bonus.

I have not received the pillow I ordered on June 21st.

I was so excited to receive my pillo1, but it has a really awful chemical smell. The material is 100% latex, which I guess explains it, but I was surprised because they specifically say "no off-gasing" on the website, which is an absolute lie. I've also had it for a week now and the smell has not subsided at all. I contacted the company and have had no response. Pretty upsetting considering the high cost of the product.
