Takes a little bit of getting used to but I can tell it's already helping my shoulders (side sleeper). This pillow is allowing me to learn to sleep on my back more. Really glad I made the investment and did this for myself.

Originally I only gave one out of five stars, due to the fact that I Had not received any shipping information since placing my order several days ago. Since posting a review I was immediately contacted by customer service who then provide me the information. Turns out it was some sort of glitch with the system. Great to know that there is a company that will respond immediately after the sale.

Most comfortable pillow! I had one for years and my son and husband ruined it in an epic wrestling match. I tried other replacements but nothing is as good!

My neck is adjusting well to the pillow. I think it will be what I need. I’ve only used it for a week. It took much longer to ship than I expected. The special pillow case they recommended is no better than the one I already had. But I have a king bed so the king size pillow case fit it very well. The pillow itself gives good support, doesn’t seem any cooler than any other pillow but I wasn’t disappointed because I didn’t expect it to be.

Pillo1 works as described a well-designed pillow.

Ordered the pillow a week ago....where is it? No way on your website to check status of my order, find out when it is arriving. Terrible!

Excellent to deal with for customer service. I've had a Pillo1 side sleeper since they were first put on the market. They weren't even listed on the web site when I got mine. Loved it ever since. Now have bought 3 more for the family and replaced mine.

I have suffered from chronic pain in both my neck and shoulders for at least thirty years now.Additionally,I have severe TMJ.
I’ve tried every pillow imaginable with no relief.
Purchased a Pillow 1 for side sleepers been using it for nearly a week now. I wake up refreshed and well rested and no pain! In the past I would wake up with headache jaw
pain sore neck and shoulders.This persisted into the day as well.
This pillow is a Godsend!

The pillow height was too tall and they wanted me to exchange it but I still had to pay for shipping. The refund and/or exchange does not include shipping. The shipping fee is extremely expensive since it’s California. Not worth it!

I returned my pillow over 2 weeks ago and have not gotten a refund, or even heard from your company after emailing you twice. Please, contact me as soon as possible.

WOW! Super quick shipment. Last night was my first night on this pillow and also the FIRST night I woke up with NO NECK PAIN!!! What?!?!?! The upper cervical is EXACTLY what I needed! So thankful I came across this brand when I was looking for a pillow with my neck pain. Thank you for this pillow!!!!

This is my second Pillo1 and I never see myself being without one. I LOVE it and my reverse curve neck loves it even more.

The design of Pillow1 is good , cradling my head and keeping it in alignment with my body and my neck and shoulder pain has improved. However, I find the gel infused memory foam too firm for me. There is no “ give” or softness in the pillow and I am still waking several times night and with a headache. I’m going to try exchanging it for the latex pillow.

I have herniated disc in my neck and this pillow has provided some relief.

This pillow is helping my neck pain. It took a couple of nights to adjust to it. It supports my neck with just the right amount of support. It is soft, well made and smells great! I read where other pillows had a chemical smell. Not with Pillo 1. So far I am very happy with this pillow.

I like the latex Pill01 very much. I'm wondering, however, if I might have benefited from the larger size. I chose the medium size since I'm 5'4" and 118 lbs., but I'm liking the height of the Pill01 better on the side I added the insert under. Planning to request a second insert to raise the height of the other side as well.
Grateful for such a healthy, well-made product.
