Product and service a complete scam!
I ordered a neck pillow from this company having seen their advert on Facebook, the price was allegedly reduced to £57 from £110.
The pillow arrived in reasonable time.
I tried sleeping on it that night but no matter how I positioned the pillow it was extremely uncomfortable.
I finally gave up the struggle around 4.00am and swapped it for my original.
A 90 day fully refundable trial period was offered so I contacted the company for a refund.
Pillowhome eventually replied informing me that I had to return it to China at my own expense. They supplied an address that proved to be incomplete and I had to search for themissing code..
The return postage was a further £21.
I returned it some 2 months ago but have never received a refund.
Lesson learned, always look at the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, like others I thought this was a UK company and purchased the neck pilllow with 90 day return policy. After trying I found it very hard and uncomfortable so requested a refund only to have to return it to China. The pillow cost £57 and it would be £13 to £15 to return it (estimate) so it’s hardly worth the bother…perhaps this is their policy!! Wish I had checked on here first before buying from them.

Bad Idea an Bad pillow

I bought a pillow from this company because of their 90-day money-back guarantee if I wasn't satisfied with the product.
To start with, delivery was slow.
After trying it for 10 days, I requested a return because the pillow was making my sleep problems worse.
I sent several emails requesting a refund but never received a response.

Scammers -Avoid this company!

I thought it was a UK company and waited 3 weeks for my pillow to come which I returned straight away.
It cost me £23 to return it back to China and I received an email from the company saying they will issue a refund. That was a month ago and despite me sending further emails they have not refunded my money or replied to my emails.

This company operates only out of China…

This company operates only out of China despite looking completely western online… this means that to return their item a bulky pillow, if it is no good is difficult. Their process is lengthy and will cost half the price of the product. Their 90 day money back guarantee is worthless so don’t take the risk of purchasing unless you are happy to be stuck with it!

I wanted to return a Cloud Lift Cooling Mattress Topper

I wanted to return a Cloud-Lift Cooling Mattress Topper, $119.00; the delivery package was never opened. Because I had returned the bed for a larger size.
When I took it to my local UPS in Garfield Heights, Ohio, the address could not be found, even with USPS.
Just didn't understand whether the company values its customers who would have emailed a paid return label or QR code. Considering it's going out of the country. When the company shows in the United States.
Sorry to say that I will not definitely recommend!

Deceptive business practices

Deceptive business practices, specifically regarding shipping and returns. They made it appear the business is in New Mexico (US) and any return/refund would be pertinent to that location. It's not until after you buy that you learn their shipping is from China and all returns must go there. They sneakily tried to change the website recently, but their deception remains. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere

Firstly, please do not listen to all the incredible reviews saying what an amazing product this is - after waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive it was a disappoint immediately. The pillow is not fit for purpose because it doesn’t support your neck from falling forward in the slightest !!
Secondly, to return your items it has to be send via tracked post to CHINA !! A minimum charge of £20! Not refundable by the company although this isn’t mentioned in their website …..

DON'T BUY!

The package was apparently shipped fairly quickly, and I can confirm it was sent from China. In Spain, the delivery was handled by a courier called Ecoscooting Delivery, which has an extremely poor service. There was no way to properly contact them to arrange delivery.

After three failed delivery attempts and two phone calls in which I was explicitly told the package would be left at a pickup point, I received an email saying that the package had been returned to the origin.

I contacted Pillow Home to explain the situation and request a solution, as it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the product is delivered. They offered no solution at all: no reshipment, no refund, nothing. Instead, they replied with the following message:

“Hi, thank you for reaching out. Sorry friend, the order logistician reported that the package delivery failed due to multiple attempts to deliver as the recipient was not at the delivery address, and it has now been destroyed.”

I replied explaining my consumer rights and never heard back from them again nor my money.

Do not believe their “24/7 support” or their “90-day return” claims. Based on my experience, this company is unreliable and not trustworthy. I strongly recommend not buying from them.

I ordered 2 pillows from pillow home…

I ordered 2 pillows from pillow home and only received 1, I contacted them via email for a full refund and to return the 1 pillow that was delivered because the quality is so poor and so disappointed with not even receiving the correct order and it’s been over a week since reaching out to them and I haven’t gotten a response on how to receive a full refund and to return the pillow. Definitely not a professional company and still trying to figure out how to get my money back from them!

Expecting the unexpected

I bought the pillow as it was advertised as being a great firm pillow. Delivery was meant to be 3-5 business days. A minute after I received the order confirmation, I received an email that the pillow was delayed to 12-14 business days due to high popularity on TikTok (never seen this on social media at all). I can tell you, it took way longer than 14 business days. And not to my major surprise these days, it came from a place in China. Anyway, it arrived in the size of two shoe boxes which concerned me a lot. It was all compressed but that shouldn’t be possible with the firm material. Material is just rubbish. It does do the job somewhat but the pillow is smaller than I thought as well and yes I did the measurements beforehand. Am I going to return it? I don’t even know where to start how to put it back in the size of 2 shoeboxes.. Will I get my money back from a company who is spamming my inbox twice per day but getting a response for an actual person takes a week? Probably not. I just keep it for the sake of it but 100% that you can get it for a better quality elsewhere

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Appalling company. My 'mulberry silk' pillow cases are of the cheapest polyester which could have been bought for a few pounds from Amazon, Temu or Shein. Given the company's branding and the price, I thought I was paying for a decent product but if I could have seen them before I ordered, there's no way on earth I would have ordered. They're going straight in the bin because of course, once you discover the quality (or lack thereof), their returns policy makes you email them first, then go to the post-office to create a label so that you can pay to return them to China. I was an idiot but, if you manage to read this before they scam you, you don't have to be.

SCAM!! Dreadful company

Dreadful company, DO NOT BUY. I ordered a travel pillow which was supposed to stop your head falling forwards. I paid a lot more than I usually would as I googled for best travel pillow and this came up. When it arrived, it’s so big around the neck and has a toggle fastening at the front which in no way prevents your head from falling forwards. Even if you spin it round it’s useless. Quite nice quality is the only positive. I emailed them to ask about returning and turns out - you guessed it - they are in China and I would have to pay to return it. I did not know they were in China as it was delivered quite quickly from a UK warehouse. Had I known they were in China I would not have ordered since I have had a previous bad experience ordering from China, paying to return an item and still not getting a refund. I have emailed twice about this and keep getting stock answer that I agreed to this when I purchased (not sure where that was written, I certainly didn’t see it) and if there’s anything else they can help with please reach out!! Total SCAM, do not order.
