Hi Javier,
Thank you for raising this, and I'm sorry, you're right that we should have asked you first.
When we found we couldn't supply the promethazine, we refunded it and sent the remaining item. What we should have done is contact you and let you decide whether to wait for stock, take an alternative, or cancel the whole order.
Two things I can do now. If you'd still like the promethazine, let me know and I'll check when we expect it back in, or whether there's an equivalent we can supply.

Many thanks for your review.
Just to go through the timings, your order was placed late on Friday afternoon after our cut-off, and as we don't work over the weekend, it wasn't packed until Monday morning, with an expected delivery of Wednesday. You've sent this review before it's even left us to go to Royal Mail and before the delivery has been received - This is a review on the Expected delivery date.

Many thanks for your review. An explanation was written when your order was reviewed, so this potentially could have gone into your junk mailbox (I can see a copy so I know that it was sent). Orders that go through our pharmacy are checked by the prescriber before they are supplied, and occasionally we can't supply something for clinical or licencing reasons; when this happens we refund in full and explain why.
