Too many emails which were annoyingly duplicated. Often messages from a variety of people giving different information eg. When pills will be delivered having different dates. Repeated reminders to order when you have already done so and sent a copy of the order. Also meds not packed for correct time of taking. It is good for the meds to be delivered. The way they are packed is excellent

Thank you for taking the trouble to write, and I'm sorry.
Your monthly medication is currently being created as two separate deliveries in our system, which is why you're getting duplicate emails and sometimes different dates from different people. It's one order at your end and it should look like one at ours. I'm raising that so it's corrected.
On the reminders: you shouldn't be chased for something you've already ordered, and I'm sorry that's happened repeatedly.
The packing times are more important, so I'd like one of our pharmacists to call you and go through when each medicine should be taken. If your pouches are timed wrongly, that needs fixing properly rather than by email.
Thank you also for what you said about the packing and delivery - I'll pass that on to the team.

Good afternoon Michael,
Many thanks for your review.
In answer to your question: Your GP sent them to us as separate prescriptions, and each one arrives with it's own start date. Our system posts each batch when it's due, which is why you're getting more than one parcel. Nothing is missing or delayed - I agree that this is not ideal, but we can only work with the Rx's that are received.
Different meds are running in a different rhythm. A short 'bridging' quantity from your GP would align them to the same date, then everything would come together. However, this is a conversation you would need to have with your surgery.
