Order placed
Order placed, money taken, then a few days later money returned as 'out of stock'.
Not a massive problem, just really annoying! Surely it can't be too difficult to set up their website to reflect their actual stock?. Now have to find another source and several days delay on receipt.

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry. You're right; if we can't supply something, you shouldn't find that out after you've paid and waited.
Our website doesn't currently check live stock at the point of ordering, which is why this happened. That's a fair criticism and I'm raising it with the team responsible, because the delay it caused you was avoidable.
