I ordered on the 28th August and still have not had my item. I emailed the company and have had no response.
The tracking number they provided is unrecognisable and keeps saying the same thing every day I try.
I am now having to do a charge back through my bank.

I ordered my items on the 24th August
I ordered my items on the 24th August. Still haven’t received.
I’ve emails asking if I could either have a refund or then to be sent out asap, the Royal Mail tracking number is wrong.
So I’m left with-no items and have not been refunded Wouldn’t recommend at. I’ve gave them multiple chances to rectify the issue. But nothing has been done. I payed for next day delivery too.
It’s been 18 days. Definitely do not order from this please it is a total scam.

Haven’t sent my products!
Purchased 3x emla cream for my aesthetics business (I’m a GPhC registered pharmacist). I was only sent 1. Chased up and they told me they would send a replacement. Chased again after a week as no replacement was sent (they told me parcel was lost in transit). Have been trying to get a hold of them again (it’s been 3 weeks since original item was sent) but no one is replying and will not send my remaining items or refund!

Good price with Free delivery
Good price for the product (Piriton) that i wanted to purchase. I liked the fact that i could add generic items (Paracetamol) to give free delivery. Delivered on time and well packaged.

Didn't get what I asked for
I didn't like that I ordered Clomitrazole cream and got ointment instead. We all know there's a big difference between the two. I'll now need to order cream from a different supplier
