I make a little change every year for 14 years to make the pins unique, the people at Pin Depot do an amazingly fast job of making changes and sending out a pin that is loved by all that get one.

We ordered from Pin Depot again!
We ordered from Pin Depot back in 2019 and the Pins turned out beautifully. When I called to order more, they found our old file quickly and provided a new quote immediately...we ordered another 100 pins!

Never ship when promised
Never ship when promised. An order that should have shipped May 1st as promised didn't. One excuse after another.
Poor customer service, avoid them to save you from fustration.

Quick, quality products at a great price, with PRICELESS service!!!
The team at PinDepot is bar-none the best to work with! From their communications to art to final product and everything in between, they have always been amazing. [S/O to Giselle, Hillary, Mark, Kenny, and everyone!!!] The attention to detail and level of considerate communication they always have is priceless, even with many revisions on our designs. Since 2017 and even through the Pandemic chaos, they have always worked diligently to get our products in hand as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality or price. I work with many providers across a variety of products for my company, and PinDepot is absolutely my favorite!

Pin Depot was great! I had a lot of minor changes to my pin design and they made the changes and got them back to me within a day; they were great to work with and their prices are reasonable. Highly Recommend.
