Pin Depot Avis

Kenny, Paige and the rest of the staff were beyond amazing!! They answered all my questions, worked within our constraints, and were very accommodating with our schedules and tweaks until our order was perfect! Thank you so much for your AMAZING service!! Will definitely be recommending you to everyone!

The sales department worked with me on my project beginning almost a year ago. I had to put the project on hold and we picked up where we left off. They made ordering easy and worked with me on a special request. Thanks for your care and patience!

Simple form & ordering process.

Very professional and awesome turnaround time. Very seamless process.

Kenny was fantastic and went through multiple rounds of changes for me.

The support folks were responsive, the prices are great.

This was one of the most pleasant transactions I have ever made. From start to finish. I sent them my artwork idea and within a few hours. One edit and the artwork was complete and the pins were ordered!!! Excellent service!!

The customer service team responds very quickly and is willing to provide a thousand proofs with slightly different colors so you can be sure you are picking the best design! The pins we’ve ordered are everything I had hoped for.

The experience was made great by your response team, they were able to take my concept and brought it to life, I was 💯 satisfied with the visual, I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product

My experience was Plesant and fast. I enjoyed that since I am very busy.

Very helpful staff. Prompt response. They truly made this process easy

Pin Depot is awesome. Kenny was a huge help getting the right style for us and helping find the best shipping solution to Canada. Our pins look amazing. Couldn’t be happier with the final result.

The final product came in way before what they told me which was amazing. They worked very quickly and efficiently and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Very responsive with any questions and very prompt with artwork and quote.
Have not received the products yet but we have done business with them before and were very satisfied. That is why we are back.

Very helpful, quick turnaround, artwork was done as presented even though I’m a horrible artist. Changes were made as requested and done quickly which was helpful as we were on a short deadline. Everyone was great to work with and very helpful with any questions asked.

Pin Depot takes the time to care for their customers. The outstanding customer services and attention to detail was first class. I have been ordering from this company for many years and will return every time because of how they look after our organization. The quality of work and fast response to request makes this company the best in the market.

Thank you for always looking out for us.
