Stainless Steel Cut Pipe Piece
Good price for 304 s/s cut piece of.1”n/b sch 10s. Delivery was slow but this was due to Royal Mail. Be aware of razor sharp edges on cuts as no deburring was evident.

This is the second time I have used pipe dreams and both times I have had to contact about not receiving the order both times the orders were sorted, customer service is great the prices are competitive if the orders arrived in the 2/3 days then would be 5 star this won't put me off using again and I would recommend as it's only minor issue

Really bad
Really bad. Paid for next day delivery and didn’t get this. Order a pipe with a shelf. Shelf was damp and rotten. Looked like shelf was attached to pipe in picture but it isn’t so now just left with a shelf and a pipe. Not fittings and fixtures included.

Absolutely atrocious service
Absolutely atrocious service!
Items didn't arrive, no refund issued and customer service was disgraceful. If you have a project you're working on and need something to actually arrive with you, I'd pay the very small difference in price and go to ebay or similar.
UPDATE FOLLOWING REPLY:
Indeed, as discussed at length you advised that the package was left with my neighbour. As you should also recall from my emails and our ongoing PayPal dispute that I have tried several times but there is no way to access the property. Your delivery person clearly dumped the package in a parcel box and even now I have not received the item.
As also established, I can prove several other delivery companies successfully accessed the property throughout the day and there is no evidence that your driver even attempted to make delivery at my address.
That you would come back with a dishonest account of the facts does not surprise me though.

Hello Mark,
I am sorry you feel like this, as discussed already at length the parcel was delivered to your neighbour three doors down by the courier and you refused to even attempt to retrieve the parcel. We did ask the courier to go back but unfortunately this was not an option.
