This is interesting, as we have never been asked before to display the SKU; but it certainly makes sense and is another little way we can improve what we are doing. So we will be looking into this for the near future. We're all about making things easier for our customers.

3rd time reordered and this time was the correct size.
Some one on quality control not concentrating in sending out the correct stock!!!!!!!

Hi Robert,
We do not sell Stainless Steel flanges and never have. We only deal with thermoplastic. I think there may have been a mistake.
You've only ordered some Polypropylene Weld Rod from us, which is why you received the invitation to make a review. I think you may have mistaken us for a different company. But thanks for the 5 Star Review :)

Thanks so much for taking the time to review us. Glad it has now arrived with you. We are genuinely sorry the part took a little longer than expected to arrive. We rely on Royal Mail 2nd class for small order shipping, as otherwise it cost us more to send than we actually make on the product. We try to keep our prices low for everybody; whilst still offering a small order service instead of implementing a minimum order on our site.

Hi Mark, It was delivered at 10.37am on the 27th of March and you ordered it on the 24th. Your selected shipping method was 2-3 days, so whilst we are sorry that you feel like our service has let you down, we're not actually sure what the problem is.
We use automated barcode scanners to change the status of orders and notify customers when a despatch is made, very occasionally it may misread and can still show awaiting processing, when it has actually been despatched. But the item was still despatched in a timely manner.
If you are missing your parcel then please, in the first instance make us aware by telephone, you'll see that we are very pleasant and helpful people. We never want to see one of our customers unhappy with our service.
UPVC pipe and fittings
The stuff arrived promptly, but the courier had damaged the two pipes . I contacted Pipe Warehouse and they replaced them very quickly . Great service !
