I have been using Pitch for creating presentation for my business related work and its been a smooth experience overall. The interface is simple, easy to process and saves time if compared to other tools. It is best when you are working with a team it helps to organize and collaborate efficiently. The templates present are best according to my requirements.

Have been using Pitch.com's AI before for pitches. Now trying to create something very simple, where the instructions are very clear in terms of layout, slide titles slide content, colors etc, and it continues to create something completely different. basically renderig pitch.com with no value add compared to conventional presentation programs. Thats a clear update path for you.
I've luckily blocked their payments from my credit card. I tried their software using their trial, realized it was not what I needed. Reached out to support and they just told me I should cancel online. Then tried to bill me after the trial ended.
If I reach out to you it means I want to cancel it and at that moment I couldn't log in on a laptop as I was traveling. I know you can do better and follow up to a request.

I signed up for pitch.com and I wanted to cancel my account so I emailed them. I spoke with Elisa on 12/24 and she told me she couldn't find my account. I got charged December, jan, and feb. I didn't get a payment confirmation for any of those months except for feb. Finally, when I got the feb confirmation she said she can only refund me for February. They are running a full on scam at this company.
lacks some basic functionnalities (e.g. curved lines/arrows) and i must say that i hate watermarks.
This appears to be a fraudulent scheme. Please exercise caution and refrain from responding to any unexpected emails from them. It's important to note that i never signed up for a trial with them. And they just appeared on my inbox.

The idea is good and could be a really useful tool but the software and execution is very poor. Customer service is also poor they take such a long time to reply, by then I found better websites, the how-to guides are poorly written and do not provide any help. I screenshotted all the pages of the template I wanted to use and created it myself in PowerPoint in less than 30 mins. I now have the design I wanted but am able to use it in an easier to use straight forward software. Pitch.com has way too may limitations.
