I erased everything i have created and i am no longer intressted in any help.
This Tool messed up a big presentation, and i had to re-do it all by hand.
The Website is a slop, it takes ages to work, it gets stuck all the time, it makes fundamental changes without showing upfront and so it eats up the credits.
This is by far the worst tool i have ever worked with and i want my account to be erased-
but guess what, the website cant even do that.
I type in what i was asked to type in after clicking that i want my account erased and the website just does not react anymore.

I recently paid for a the full amount of your service.
Your platform does not provide a way to cancel subscriptions or requests.
I am formally requesting a full refund.
If this cannot be resolved, I will escalate to consumer protection authorities in my country.

Please please do not pay for this service. The company stole 150 pounds from me by presenting a monthly payment term and then charged me for a year. And told me that I am not entitled to a refund and they can’t continue the Conversation. I spoke to a lawyer and this is called misinterpretation .. so I am not looking to take further action. But I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. They tricked me at a financially difficult time and whilst I was vulnerable and unemployed

Dishonest do not buy!
They are NOT transparent, they wait till you need to download then ask you to pay for a whole year even though they quoted a monthly fee.
Who can we report them to?

Displayed a price for monthly subscription but deducted the full amount of £150. Emailed twice and had no response.

I manually cancelled my auto-renewal well in advance to avoid further charges. The website explicitly confirmed this with the message: “Your auto-renewal has been cancelled. Your subscription will remain active until December 05, 2025.”

Despite this clear confirmation on their own dashboard, they still charged my credit card €180.00 on the very day it was supposed to end (Dec 5, 2025).

It appears the cancellation button on their site does not actually stop the billing.

Do not rely on the "Auto-renewal cancelled" message.

The only way to guarantee they won't take your money is to contact your bank, block the merchant, or cancel your credit card entirely.

I have contacted support but received no immediate help, forcing me to open a dispute with my bank (I will do it by the end of this week if i wont be refunded). Save yourself the headache and block them now!

Not a great service, not worth the money, but most of all their customer service is non-existent. It has been over a month since I first reached out for a billing issue and I have not heard from anyone. Don't go near this company!

The slides they helped me create for a very complicated presentation were initially great. From there, really downhill. In short, now I cannot use most of the features. Although I paid and they gladly took my money they continually insisted I have not paid and only could use in briefly for their free trial. My receipt from them does not seem to matter. To make it worse, they have me now tied to someone else’s email. Despite numerous efforts on my part to resolve this they went from very slow minimal responses which ignored the information I provided to no response. In short, absolutely abysmal service as well as now a program I cannot use. And for the individual seemingly now tied to my account probably equally frustrating. And, of course, it leave me concerned if they have me associated with another stranger. Stay away!

Awful service experience. They charged me 2 times for the same services, it s been a month I cannot cancel and on the top of that, I cannot modify the slides as much as I want or translate it to another language when uploading a pdf. The IA maker transform your notes so you need to create all the content by hand even though you give the writing beforehand. Honestly it s not worthy to pay 120 euros for this services to only have nice slides to download..(they are charging you as well the points...) a scam and terrible customer service

They have charged me after canceling the subscription, the platform is not good at all, and we don't need it right now since we are having free z.ai and free chatgpt that can create presentations better than their templates.

The presentations themselves are fine, but the way the tool works changes constantly, and it never functions properly. But the most frustrating part is that it’s extremely expensive and the company is completely non-transparent.

They make you pay for a premium subscription and then start deducting “credits” for every single slide—something that isn’t clearly explained when you sign up. Once your credits run out, the options to buy more are very limited and outrageously overpriced. It’s simply not worth it.

Presentation.ai charged me even after I canceled my subscription before the renewal date (I have screenshot proof). I filed a complaint on Sept 18 and was promised a reply within 2 business days, but after multiple reminders, I received no response. This looks like a scam — beware of unauthorized charges and zero customer support.

They charged me $250 on my credit card - DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE - otherwise YOU WIL PAY HiGH Price for it !!!

Like too many others, I have been DUPPED! I apparently missed a "cancellation" deadline by a mere 44 minutes, as they erroneously charged my credit card, and now they have charged it AGAIN and will not cancel the subscription.

I have and will complain to the BBB, but with their location outside US, I doubt there is anything I can do except yell from all mountain tops - they are crooks, and their product sucks!

its a scam they asked for 5$ and they took 70$ it was a wordplay, they don't let you upload more than 40mb file and they don't answer their email. don't get scammed

SCAM! DO NOT USE! I was tricked into a free trial, which charged me for a $170 yearly plan. I tried to get a hold of their customer service multiple times through the email address they provide, but I never received a response. They are apparently based in Singapore. A HUGE SCAM!!!!

I’m not sure if the service has recently been improved or reworked, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I was in urgent need of exporting my presentation to a PowerPoint format, and after reading many negative reviews, I was hesitant. Despite that, I decided to take the risk and subscribed to the Pro plan.

The subscription gave me around 4,000 tokens, with each export costing about 90 tokens — which I found reasonable. To my surprise, the export was delivered to my email in just 4 minutes, and the quality was identical to what I had created on the site.

If they’ve updated their service, they’ve done a great job. I genuinely felt a responsibility to share my positive experience here.

Highly recommended — this is by far the best presentation tool I’ve ever used! ❤️

It created a great presentation, then upsold me to export, but didn’t allow me to and deleted presentation and then kept advising me to pay for upgrade when i already had. No reply from customer services given 3 engagements.
