I'd give zero stars if i could. Their current policy states that as a free user can can download 3 presentations, regular or premium. I'm a full time college student, and although the 3 dollars for premium isn't much. It's a lot for me, and it doesn't make sense. I need the presentation for a class only. The presentation i'm trying to download is premium, which is permitted per thier policy for their free plan. However their site won't let me. I emailed them and they are saying only non-premium. I took a screenshot and highlighted where their policy indicates premium can be downloaded with the free plan. They are deny their own policy and refusing to allow me to download, based on their current public facing policy. Do not use them. Do not give them money. At this point, i fear the worst with them. If they can not honor their own public facing policies, what other dishonest business practices are they doing?

COMPLETELY off topic and started talking about planets, I needed my assignment which is due on Friday. Also I checked the amount of errors and in 10 minutes, there were over 20000 OF THEM!! On top of that my laptop started OVERHEATING! Reader BEWARE, this site is a possible virus. DO NOT VISIT AT ALL COSTS!!

Stop autocorrecting the word "Slides" to "Slidesgo", nobody wants to go to this terrible site and I know you're doing this!!

Can’t cancel my subscription

This company is a scam.

You can el your subscription, they not only keep charging you but 2.5x the subscription.

Los diseños que ofrecen slidesgo me ha sido muy útiles para mis clases de elementaria y me han hecho ahorrar tiempo. Cuando he dejado de usarlo se me olvidó cancelar mi suscripción y me llegó un cobro automático el cual me reembolsaron en cuanto escribí contando mi problema. Me ha sorprendido mucho ya que otras páginas no tienen este detalle. Sin duda volveré a usar slidesgo en el futuro. Muy buen servicio.

Very bad service. Company that does not comply with EU customer laws. I was charged for the service and they say they could nor retrieve my subscription email nor refund me...flee

Scammy, spammy and scummy.

Forces personal info, banking info and charges for access to free stuff with nowhere to cancel, and loads ofother users complaints about being charged after cancelling it 100% true. They're spammy as well, bombing your email and forcing unsubscribes frequently.

its. a fraud company with no option to cancel the plan and they keep sending me invoices , we are launching a complain againt them in consumer court and ensure they are blocked on internet

So good they prove what good on them and you actauly dont need to pay to get what you want you can use the free version

Slidesgo offers great-quality content and an excellent variety of templates that are easy to download and very useful. I've truly enjoyed using the platform and have found it very helpful for my presentations.

However, at this point I no longer need the service as frequently, so I attempted to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, the cancellation process through the "My Subscription" menu results in a 500 error, and the platform does not allow me to complete it. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I have not received any response.

It's disappointing that such a well-designed and useful platform makes it so difficult to unsubscribe. I hope the team improves this aspect of the user experience soon.

I am very disappointed in Slidesgo and I have gfiven them several opportunities to right a mistake they have made in billing me for a renewal after cancelled my membership prior to the renewal date. I cannot recommend this company and instead, I would be very careful about doing business with them. They are unresponsive and they do not correct their billing errors.

Best free powerpoint making app i love it

I really appreciate how convenient and efficient slidesgo is. I found the perfect slideshow I wanted in a matter of minutes. Additionally, a completely unexpected perk was the AMOUNT OF STICKERS they gave us at the end. It was such an adorable perk and very appreciated. It even has the exact code for the colors they use. In conclusion I absolutely adore slidesgo.

Don't give them any payment information.
I'm still getting invoices after canceling multiple ways months ago. Customer service is nonexistent, their website does not show any way to cancel yourself.

I did the subscription in error. I asked to unsubscribe and they answered back very quickly, immediately, and solve my request in a few seconds. I was astonished! Great job!
