I have to confess I was a bit skeptical at first, but PITS data recovery quickly proved to be not only legit,but very capable. They were able to recover 100% of my data from a damaged external hard drive in a relatively short period of time. Much of the data was vital to continuing the creation of my digital art work. The remainder was irreplaceable family photos and music files that I had purchased over the years. In addition, Account Manager Kevin Canto was extremely patient and helpful as he guided me through the entire process. I couldn't have found a more reliable source or pleasant experience. Paid extra for 5 day recovery and took them twice as long and still didn't recover the data. Since I paid so much for this rush service and they took double the time (not the fact they were unable to recover the data) I asked for something back and was told I would get a call back. Never got a call back, just email stating no many days later after I reached out multiple times.

The professional and friendly staff were great. Easy to do. Got everything done in less time! Wonderful people who do a great job! I can't say enough good things about them!
