Having seen display in company's website I purchased one cotton track pant. But what I received is of somewhat different colour and design. I didn't like it and asked for an exchange with the same product of another colour. But the company is reluctant and even asked for payment of pick up charges. This is a failure of the company to deliver so I would expect they will do the needful to exchange it. Now they are totally silent - no response to my email or WA message. I have lost trust on the company.

I have ordered t sirts of size xl on cod. After using the T shirts it is observed TShirts shrunken in size after first wash. I am unable to use it in public.
Even after many complaints on chatting, Company does not respond and not arranging to replace. Company advertised it's indian company located in Thrisur, Tamilnadu but using south american company what's app number. I must declare here company is not at all indian as claimed in advertisements and also does not sale genuine t shirts it's a fraud south american company. I would like to tell purchasers not to purchase any products of this fraud company. After review customer care called me back and blamed me for bad review. At the end customer care executive told me that company does not bother about complaints. It is just looting client also arrogant customer care.

I called Pitshirts and asked for Ayisha on 8th Dec because I have spoken to her for few of my previous purchases. I explained the urgency of my requirement as I was leaving for USA on 9th Dec early morning. Besides checking availability, she made prepayment process so smooth and got the delivery address with ease and all these happened so smooth. Above all, she called me to confirm whether I have received the merchandise on Monday the 8th noon. Wonderful person. I am fully satisfied. I have ordered dress for my entire family, the kids' dress seem to be very comfy and quality is also good. Ladies wear looks promising and is also good material. Casual pants and track pants are really good to wear. Pi T shirts can be good alternative to some branded casual clothing

Ordinary banian cloth. Its worth only around Rs. 300- 350. But I purchased it for RS. 750. Don't ever buy it. At the rate of 750 branded items like allensolly, u.s.polo, peter england offer far better material. Its pure fraud advertising through social media and managing to maintain 5 stars in reviews. They never show negative reviews. Absolute scam

I tried reaching out through multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, and Instagram), but received no reply. Later, I discovered that several other people had the same experience — the company takes money and never ships anything.

It’s clear that Pitshirts is a scam pretending to be a clothing manufacturer to deceive customers. Please avoid this company and don’t send them any money.

First time ordered a T shirt after reffering to Facebook. The shirt was recd on the third day neatly packed. The shirt looks verygood and fits me well. Colour combination is good. Pure cotton is good for wearing too. Very happy. I will be ordering a few more for my family.
