Very disappointing experience with Pitshirts.

I ordered shorts from their website and needed a size exchange. First, they asked me to transfer Rs 80 for the exchange, and then later asked for another Rs 70, so I ended up paying Rs 150 just for an exchange process.

I clearly shared photos and all the details of the replacement size I wanted, but despite that, they sent back the exact same item again instead of the correct size. Now I’m still waiting for a proper resolution.

On top of that, coordinating with their team has been extremely difficult. Customer service is poor, responses are slow, and the entire process has been frustrating. For online shopping, customer support and smooth exchanges are extremely important, and unfortunately they failed badly on both fronts.

Would not recommend based on my experience.

I found Pitshirts good in a number of counts; one, the material is pure cotton; two, there is no leaching of colour in any wash; I could not detect any shrinkage after washes; there is a limited but good quality of designs. Perhaps the company can introduce more varieties of men’s shirt designs, more colours. Perhaps the company can also introduce men’s cotton Bermudas in various designs as well. Better packaging will invite more customers.

Return of purchased products needs a payment to cover the delivery charges. But even after payment is done they don't respond properly. Very bad experience.

Tshirt are of good quality, fabric is very good, value for money, continue to provide same quality and service

We wanted to exchange the t shirt for another size. They asked for extra money for it, like 80 rupees, but after paying it no response. And nobody picks calls. Now those t shirts are out of size and wasted and exchange money also wasted.

Fraud company fraud people, I did t get my product after even 24 days and customer care saying parcel Is returned to their office and Irfan (Owner) is sending an email Saying product delivered at my home address. Completely fraud company , they are not refunding the money . Don’t buy anything there is no option for negative rating so I will choose -1. IF you try to contact all 3 numbers provided on website, they will not pick the calls. if you try 2-3 days they might pick one time.
Completely waste of time and money.

Nice T Shirt, so far I have purchased 11 T shirts over a period of time, and of course I will be going for more in few days. I feel it very comfortable on casual use, and also recommended to my friends.
And, seeing Rs.50discount applicable, I have ordered for one last week, but unfortunately it was just an OFFER only.

The t shirt I ordered was delivered before the promised day. The fitting absolute and febric is very good. Though, their was mistake by dispatch staff regarding my address printed on courier was wrong and I have to collect courier from their office.

I received today y shirts and other one is very good quality and size is perfect cloth quality ,colour looks good

Quality of the shirts or Track pants is very good. However the measurement of the T-shirt is not regular levels, bit loose to wear.

Amazing products, great quality and above all a great and efficient service.

It is a good experience to buy a t shirt from pitshirts. If COD is made free, it would be more delightful.

The products are of high quality and with beautiful design and colours. However what stood out is the exceptional customer experience with respect to one of our orders. Great value for money. The quality of material (100% cotton) is excellent. Withstood full washing and drying cycles in the washing machine - no running colours. No shrinkage at all even though it’s a cotton product - must have been pre-shrunk! And the company promptly replaced the first piece on my request with small mailing charge. All in all worth a repeat buy.
