A very good experience
I worked with Harvey Spencer, the Project Manager. He and the rest of the team at Pixisflow was great to work with and easy to contact. The website they built for me works very well, and I'm happy with it. They even connected it to WordPress for me for a small fee, which I am grateful for, since I probably would have had a very hard time doing it myself. I highly recommend them, as their pricing beats most everyone else!

Asked for a logo design for my new business and was unsure exactly what I was looking for. Provided a couple of examples. Pixisflow provided me with a logo I am very happy with. It was a simple process and only took a few days from beginning to end with minimal time required.

Just like finding a favorite car mechanic... when you find an SEO provider you know you can trust, that is Pixisflow.
I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I have previously had a nightmare of experience working with SEO's in trying to get my website verified. I had spent alot of money with another SEO provider and had to sign a contract for 3 months of their services for them to get me verified with Google. They informed me it should be accomplished in a couple weeks. Well, after 3 months and nothing accomplished I was very upset. Then Patrick reached out to me from Pixisflow. He assured me he would be able to help me and he kept me informed every single day. (The other company stopped communicating with me after 2 months even though I had a 3 month contract). Patrick reached out to me every day, and in only 8 days Pixisflow had my website verified with Google. I could not believe it! I am your every day small business owner who doesn't understand all of this technical jargon. I truly needed someone to hold my hand and walk me through it and explain in detail what was happening. Patrick from Pixisflow did just that. I can honestly say I won't work with any other SEO again. Its like when you find a good mechanic. You always go back. That is how I feel about Pixisflow.

Great service, Minor gap
I had a good experience with Pixiflow. Norman was professional, responsive, and kept communication clear throughout the process. They delivered my logo and brand identity on time.
The only thing I would have appreciated more is some guidance when it came to choosing the logo colours. I was asked to provide the exact color codes, but I would have loved the opportunity to explore and decide on the colours together with the logo designer. That extra support would have made the experience even better. But overall I was happy working with them.

Travel agent website and business cards
There were numerous moving parts in a fast timeframe because I wanted things ready for my business conference in Florida March 3-7 and Patrick was amazing in completing the file to print my business cards and all the wording on the website. He walked me slowly through the questionnaire that was needed to complete the project. I really enjoyed working with him. He is very thorough, meticulous and patient.
