Amateur work
I hired Pixisflow to build my e-commerce website early November 2024. We’re now almost mid-February 2025 and the website is not done yet. I must admit this has been one of the worst decision I’ve made. Not only they provided high-school quality work, but they also have difficulty disclosing other hidden costs, which I found out later. Not to mention poor communication style. Unfortunately, I’ll have to hire new people and start all over again!

Your e-commerce website has been fully developed and completed according to industry standards, as demonstrated here: https://pickleball.pixisflow.com/?eere . Any delays in the finalization of your project were due to a lack of response from your end regarding the next steps. Despite multiple follow-ups, we did not receive the necessary input to move forward.
Additionally, regarding the Alibaba plugin, we clearly outlined in our agreement that third-party plugins are not included in the package. This is a standard industry practice, as such plugins require separate licensing or purchase by the client. The cost of this plugin is actually higher than what you paid for the entire website, making it unreasonable to expect it to be included. Even after explaining this, we made every effort to accommodate your requests professionally and transparently.
While we value all feedback, we believe it is unfair to misrepresent the situation when we have done everything possible to assist you. Our team remains committed to delivering high-quality work, and we encourage open communication to resolve any concerns. If you would like to continue working together, we are happy to assist—please respond to our previous email regarding the next steps.

My requirement was to expand my mailing list and change the contacts for the list from Google contacts to another distributor with more capacity and capabilities. Patrick accomplished this to my total satisfaction on schedule. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.
