Pizza GoGo Avis 

This place is the worst pizza gogo shop I’ve ever ordered from. The first thing is they did not send all of my order which I pointed out to the driver. So he said I will call them he did they told him give my money back for the missing order or we will re deliver. I said money back to which the driver said I have no cash . After that he asked for my bank details I said no then I told him send the rest of my order he told me it would take about an hour ok I said. He never came back and i didn’t get a refund. Drivers should not ask for your personal details for a bank transfer it should come from the company.

Tried to order a managers special 3 times at gogo Reading over the phone usual story not understanding English gave up in the end ,10 mins of my life wasted again you loose £30.
And future business.

Pizza gogo willesden, disgusting customer service, rude and abrupt delivery driver. He put the food I ordered on the floor so I called the shop and the man argued with me. I DO NOT recommend WILLESDEN PIZZA GOGO.

I have had the most disappointing experience with the Pizza GoGo Coventry branch. Every time I call to place an order, the person taking the order is consistently rude and exhibits unethical behavior. This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unlike anything I have ever encountered. Despite being a frequent customer, the unjustified and unpleasant way they speak to me has made each interaction extremely frustrating.

I initially thought it was just my experience, but recently, a family member called and faced the same rude behavior. This pattern clearly indicates a serious problem with their customer service. I am truly done with this place and want to share my experience here to warn others. I strongly urge the management to address this serious issue immediately. Until then, I will not be ordering from here again and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I'm not even happy to give 1 the pizza I ordered was stuck to the top of the pizza box it was a mess and the website is not clear which made me order more than expected and prices are rip off so don't order from pizza go go

Very good food

The pizza itself was nice, however everyone that ate from the Bermondsey store has had an upset stomach ever since.

We order a couple of their pizzas from their Loedship lane branch and was very disappointed. The food took over an hour to arrive almost cold with sparce amount of toppings, truly awful experience.

First Time trying Pizza GoGo in Bristol and worst experience Ever! Order chicken wings and chips and got food poisoning from there. Will never order again!

Later realising that the Tray of chicken wings were left out on the side on a hot day not covered up and in the fridge.

The Pizza is OK, but quite often the driver doesn't have change!?

Thin & crispy was ultra thin and not crispy! Not even cooked enough ! Absolutely awful stick to box waste of £30

I wish I could rate the customer care zero star. The customer care in potters bar is extremely rude, screams and rushes the customer off the phone. I ended up not placing my order as I felt humiliated

Amazing pizza, ordered from the Bromley branch, delivered in good time, hot, very tasty. We haven’t tried it before but we will in the future

Drive get extra 10 pound.Need be careful about drive .we need paid 19 paund for 1 pizza bat drive say need 41 paund

If you want to save time and dont get upset with the customer service. NEVER EVER GO ORDER FROM THIS SHOP ROMFORD BRANCH. Staff have no clue what is happening and the will ignore you if you call them to get an update with your order. Do your self a favour order or buy food elsewhere here is not the place to buy it from!!!!

Would strongly recommend not using the Lewisham branch. After putting a large work order through only half the delivery arrived. When phoned to check when the remainder was to arrive was advised they had already dropped off (which they hadn’t. Really helpful store manager called me a liar and wouldn’t help with rectifying their mistake. Cowboys at best - shocking customer service!
