Pizza GoGo Avis 

I used to be a loyal customer, but the consistently poor customer service at this pizza shop has me questioning my decision to return.

The service was amazing and very helpful and welcoming.The pizza was splendid and had a lot of flavour. I recommend that everyone should come here for a nice comforting meal

Pizza Gogo Fargosford, Coventry.

The owner has always been rude and disrepectful to customers. Tonight wasn't different. I witnessed a customer place an order, and wanted to pay with her card. The owner kept her waitng and she politely reminded him that she will like to pay with her card. the owner said 'wait' with a angry face. The customers in the shop around looked at each other. One of the customer shook her head. The customer left the shop because of the way the owner treated her. The first customer who I met there got her order mixed up by the staff. She had to correct him about her order and change. I ordered my food and waited. I was shocked when the owner took my order next door without saying a word to me. I asked where is my order, he said go take it next door. I was standing infront of him and he took my food next door. I told him how dissatified I was and how rude his behaviour was, and he told me never to come back. He has treated me so badly on many occassions . There was a time I asked about the hike in the price and he said how much are you even paying that you are questioning my price and he did it with a very angry face. Sometimes I go there and say hello and he completely ignores me. He tends to treat customer badly.

Reigate store is great. Really good service. Food always delivered quickly and hot. Can’t fault the staff or the service

Didn't even turn up, they answered the phone once then didn't bother again after that, dirty scumbag company, avoid at all costs

Have been using Pizza GoGo Dunstable for over 5 years, and never once have they let us down. Every pizza delivered piping hot, fresh, made with quality ingredients and delivered with care. We even call in to get our pizzas when passing the shop. By the sound of other reviews, maybe Dunstable should be the flagship in how the rest of the shops should be run.

Disgusting service and food.

On the app it tells you the driver carries up to £10 in change. On arrival 1 HOUR LATER. He’s got no change for £34.69 meal. And wants me to pay £40!! I refused to he told me to go out to a shop to get change!

Than the food. I wish I could post pictures.
Burnt over cooked. Dry. Nasty. Cheap tasting ingredients.

This is unrecognisable from past experiences. I’ve deleted the app. And emailed them to tell them they owe me a full refund.
Mi didn’t even finish a single slice of pizza. The whole black burnt pizza is going in the bin. As are the dry chicken. Burnt chips. And burnt cookies.

Ordered spicy veg pizza thin crust and regular cheese and tomato from pizza go go Luton. Unfortunately, this was the worst pizza it was very dry tasted like cardboard. This was very disappointing 😞 😕 as I ordered before from them and it was great. Don't understand what happened

One of there delivery drivers hurt my son and swore at him he came into the house crying

SYDENHAM BRANCH - Ordered vegetarian pizza at 12:15am - delivered a meat feast - they then took back the meat feast and delivered a second pizza which is also wrong it has pepperoni instead of pineapple- cant be bothered to call them back wont be returning ever to this store

It took almost an hour to deliver. 1 star off for cold pizzas and soggy potato twists and 1 star off - for very hight level of salt.
Otherwise, it would be a great choice.

What a shame this name has. In general as a bad pizza we all accept the cheap five however last night we paid for 2 pizzas expecting nothing more than what it was and nothing turned up at all. Our money was taking , no pizza turned up and no phone no directly to ask were the pizza was. Have been on hold for over 45 minutes. These guys take your money and don’t deliver your food , I am shocked I must admit of the arrogance it’s offensive. Pizza go go 😂😂

Pizza Gogo in Norwich was great! New Year’s Eve delivery and it was quick, food was hot and the vegetable lasagna was delicious. Hope they don’t run out of it as nowhere does vege lasagna anymore!

A family member ordered 4 pizzas and they didnt come with garlic sauce when said family member called the branch they accused him of lying and the manager began to curse at him. After a bit the driver came back where we found out that he left the bag of garlic sauces outside.

First time and never again. Bought a large hot chicken pizza with cheese crust. 1- it wasn’t hot. 2- the cheese in the crust was not even melted, it was still cold and sticky in your mouth. Waste of money but more waste of time. 👎🏽

The pizza was over cooked, very dry . I ordered a Tuesday special which was a small pizza, potato wedges and garlic bread, I got small pizza and potato wedges. Was not the first time this has happened. My order was from Southwark park road London .. will not order again.

I just drove 30 minutes out of my way to go to pizza Gogo then they tell me they don’t take card cash. Only it is 2023 pizza Gogo you need to take card very unhappy. Guess you don’t pay tax

Wrong order, poor quality, no refund customer service totally ignored me.

I called to say it's the wrong order, they said they can't deal with complaints. I emailed customer services several times and they just ignored me. I then tried to call and it just plays music - they have clearly redirected my number to the waiting music.

They basically stole £30 off me and won't rectify their mistake.

They are total blaggers.

Order never arrived. Contacted them and they told me they had no number to contact and their driver did the best they could (I had given them my number and our apartment building has a doorbell system),so they clearly didn't do their best. Very rude person then told me that "Brother, our driver came and you werent there, we can charge you an extra 2 pounds to try again". Scummy and disrespectful. Ive never heard of a restaurant charging for a reorder. Dont by from these people
