Pizza GoGo Avis 

Hung up on two of us trying to place an order, couldn't understand English, had to order online, 1 hr 15 mins to arrive and we are 5 mins away, food arrived warm!!!

Ordered online, didn’t get an expected delivery time. We rang after 45 minutes and we’re told that our pizzas were made and they were waiting for the delivery driver. 30 minutes later we rang again and we’re told that the pizzas were out for delivery. They arrived a couple of minutes later, Luke warm!!
Very disappointing

The Norwich shop delivered the wrong pizzas spoiling the evening for my guest and me. The shop kept promising to call back to sort out the issue but never did. Even contacting the customer service was useless as after a few replies they stopped replying without addressing the issue. If I could give a zero star I definitely would.

When I placed my order, was advised 45 minutes after 45 minutes the pizza not arrived, called store they said it will here 10 minutes and will be in bag with hot plate.. pizza arrived 55 minutes when I called.. pizza was cold garlic bread soggy. I will never order again from pizza go go.

The pizza was a total disappointment, and the customer service was terrible. I ordered a pizza with missing toppings, but when I called the store, they refused to acknowledge the mistake. Instead of apologizing, they even blamed me for not ordering correctly. 🍕👎

OMG - saw big fat rats running around in the kitchen when i went to collect. The pizzas were ALL wrongly made. They didn't write down the order, rather memorised it. When I said to the staff that they were all wrongly made, he became so aggressive towards me. He started to shout and accuse me of falsely making them wrong. I politely asked it he could remake them and he said that he won't be making them again. So, I just left and he followed me to my car and threw a can of coke which hit my ankle and it's bruised. i didn't say or do anything, but I will NEVER ever go there again. i would never recommend this place to anyone and God forbid if a child were to go there and experience what I experienced. STAY AWAY people !!!!

waited less than half an hour food and was great when arrived very cheesy pizza aswell

Checked goggle and said the shop was open placed an order waited well over hour for delivery

Checked and it was saying my order had been delivered so I called the store

Was met with rudeness I asked what was happening with my order as it was saying it has been delivered which was met with we are closed and hung up on me.

I then called again to say that there opening times are incorrect online and what do I do about my order again told there were closed and hung up on me.

Went in store to order a deal my local had going the service was excellent and the food was nice and hot and went down well

We travel from Westhoughton and we've never been disappointed at Pizza GoGo, we have tried several of their pizza's from Vegetarian to the GoGo Special and enjoyed every one we have tried.

I wish there were zero stars. After a hard day at work, placed an order for collection. There was so much cheese on the pizza and couldn't see any toppings, as they forgot to put toppings on. Trying to save money and losing customers. DON'T BOTHER.

Ordered for the first time from this place, and I must say I’m pleasantly surprised! Best pizzas we’ve had in a long long time, they weren’t greasy! Even my kids were saying how great the pizza was and believe me they are the fussiest kids. Will definitely be ordering from here in the future! Highly recommend too anyone

It I so bad that I m lost for words. We have ordered that on Monday pizza margetita and sizzle8r one and the potato,, twisters,, what was end up to be just a cheap curly fries🤣I have paid 40 pound for a poor quality pizzas ,one shoukd have a pepperoni and beacon and chicken and end up with a bit of chciken and cheap burn pepperoni. Not even any vegetables on it where is supodssed to be mix pepers. We just ordered this becouse on uber eats have like 4. Something review!!and it's so bad that please better close this nad hole don't embarrassed yourself anymore!!!

They Sent us the wrong order of food. When they were called they first refused to take my call and said that they can’t help us. My call was ignored 3 separate times before I changed phones and called again. At this point we were finally able to speak to someone other then the women who refused my previous calls. The gentleman that we spoke to explained to us that his ticket machine had printed the order wrong and that we should have our correct order within 15 minutes. 45 minutes later we received our correct order. We spent over £80 and left a really good tip for the driver, this is not the service we expect from an establishment that we regularly order from and spend our hard earned money on. We highly do not recommend anybody order from them.

I love ordering pizza gogo weather online or going to the shop the pizza is so good and a reasonable price aswell the milkshakes there are amazing and it's great for a quick lunch . Would 100% recommend 👍👍👍
