Loved the food and the services was amazing and quick

Awful first experience food cold as Driver dropped off everywhere and he didn't care when asked. Spent a substantial amount of money won't ever order again.

Really enjoyed the pizza here! The crust was light, airy, crispy around the edges, and absolutely delicious. The service was also excellent and very friendly.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add a little more cheese to the Margherita and slightly more vegetables to the vegetable pizza, so the toppings are more generous and there is a little less crust around the edges.

Overall, a lovely experience and I would definitely come back!

We went to Pizza pilgrims with our grandchildren, they ordered from Childs Menu , which included ice cream. They ordered vanilla and chocolate ice cream. When it came to the deserts we were told the only ice cream they have left is strawberry ice cream. I told the waitress they do not want strawberry ice cream, would she take off from the bill the extra charge for the kids 2nd fruit juices. She did not and we did not want to argue therefore we paid the bill and left . Bought the ice cream in a different shop.
We paid 45 pounds for two kids and one adult , and we were very disappointed, doughy pizza and no ice cram. Obviously we will not go there again

I have just returned from an afternoon out with old work colleagues from 30 years ago. We are all Edinburgh locals. Although we visited Pilgrims during the fringe/festival, a very busy time for the city, let me start of with the positives - the pizzas were very tasty, the waitress who served us upstairs was lovely, very chatty and happy to inform us of food and drink options. The decor of the place is really good, both downstairs and upstairs - as a long standing resident of Edinburgh, I remember when this was FOPP, the music store. What Pilgrims have done with the space is outstanding.... Now the one negative, and it did really put a damper on our meal...who I presume to be the Manager on the evening, was very rude from the outset - even when we turned up at the door with a premade booking for 6, he was offhand, it seemed like a chore for him to find our table, we were treated like an inconvenience. Yes, there was a queue, but we had a booking. Once our food arrived, in good time, it was missing some side dishes - when we queried this, and asked if we could have them...again, it seemed like an inconvenience for this person. As I say our actual waitress was fantastic, but this Manager left a very sour customer experience...I know it is a busy time of the year, hospitality staff are pushed to the limit, but there is no excuse for this. All six of us are Edinburgh locals. We will think twice about coming back here.

Decent service and pizza in Victoria

We ordered 3 pizzas from Pizza Pilgrims on recommendation from our friends hoping they live up to the hype. My kids were super hungry when we did and were super excited for their food to arrive.
The pizzas were a HUGE disappointment the minute we opened the boxes. We were wondering and had to check if we ordered mini pizzas by mistake. The size was small, it was all bread with hardly any toppings (considering their prices) we could barely taste the sauce or any flavours. Terrible quality to say the least, we had mentioned in our order to send seasonings but there were none sent, we literally had 3 pizzas which were all bread with nothing to taste in the name of toppings or sauce and no seasonings whatsoever for a pice of £60 in total!! Never again trying or even recommending this place to anyone! Do not throw away your money on these terrible pizzas and ruin your experience!

Nice staff, seemed a bit trendy and interesting. However 2 flatbread pizzas later and spectacularly overpriced wine - the red was the cheapest, no bottle just cheap stuff decanted for £27 (white was £32) - served with 1 knife and fork, this is not a place I would recommend or revisit. They need to up their game and at least provide a bottle of wine if they are charging that much. They also added an optional 12.5% service charge. Very disappointing.

I went to Canary Wharf the service and food was beyond exceptional

That was not a pizza as we know pizza’s that was like sour bread with topping on it we are from Australia if that was served up the place would be out of business

So we went to the one in Cardiff I get it was busy because of rugby and everything we booked a table they told us about 5 minutes wait we stood where we can because it was so crowded we didn't have any to stand we stood there for a few minutes staff was awful pushing telling people to move and one staff said to us we need to move we tried saying that we can't we waiting for a table and she didn't even care Don't GO TO CARDIFF ON A RUGBY DAY lucky we didn't actually pay for the table we just booked Fix you staff

I visited this evening with my husband and had mixed feelings. The food was genuinely amazing—the pizza was delicious and the Nutella Ring dessert was a 10/10. The decor is also lovely and the waiter was initially very friendly.

​However, the service dropped off significantly towards the end. We were left waiting for a long time to order dessert as the floor was empty, though we could hear staff giggling in the back for quite a while. Most concerning was an incident at the end of the night: while I was waiting for my husband, a staff member dropped a long, heavy metal awning bar. It almost hit my head and shattered a glass on our table.

​While the staff member said "sorry" once or twice, they then disappeared. No one checked if I was okay, even though I was left picking shards of glass off myself and out of my husband’s bag of new clothes. It was actually the customers at the next table who stepped in to check on me. It’s a shame because the food is great, but the lack of safety and post-incident care was very disappointing.

Mozzarella sticks had the best cheesepull ever. Pizza tasted fresh got extra pepperoni on pizza, nice staff highly recommended!

Myself and my friend ate at Pizza Pilgrim Rose St Edinburgh 4/12/25. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the pizzas. I had a few questions with regard to pizza toppings and type of cheese and found our server quite dismissive and unhelpful to the point where she was annoyed with my questions. When the pizzas arrived, the bases were undercooked, yet charred on the top. I left half my pizza on the plate as it tasted so bad. My friend left most of hers. Our server took our plates away no questions asked how we enjoyed our meal. We couldn't believe it and then when the bill arrived we noted a service charge had cheekily been added to the bill but marked as "optional". Beggars belief. Won't be returning and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Visited Birmingham site.
Waited 10 minutes to order, lemonade eventually arrived and was tasteless with massive spring of mint.
Table next to use had to chase their order.
Table other side not cleared and had to chase their bill.
Had to chase order twice. When it arrived mine was like warm.
Staff standing around instead of services Ng customers.
Won't be returning

Paid £25 with discount code for the pizza club membership which includes a kit for two pizzas and a voucher for any two pizzas in their restaurant. I’ve eaten at Pizza Pilgrims in London a few times and the pizza is amazing. I’m sure the kits would be, if they were actually delivered.
The website says they use DPD, they don’t.
DHL text and emailed a time-slot, then tried to deliver as soon as I went out to the shop, and didn’t even try to call me. This was over 90 minutes before the time slot.
No way to speak to a human at DHL and now they’ll redeliver the next working day (3 days away) a package of mouldy food, which I’ll have to refuse.
£30 is great value, but only if you actually get the package. Now I am out of pocket with no pizza kit and no voucher to use in the restaurant.
I know this isn’t their fault but why lie about which courier you use and instead use one who will just deliver whenever they like?

I’ve now cancelled my pizza club membership without even being able to try it at all. What’s the point if it can’t be delivered?

I’ll be happy to update this review should Pizza in the post get back to me and offer redelivery with DPD or a refund.
