Great product and customer service
Ordered a pair of joggers which unfortunately arrived damaged. I reported this via email and Katy from the customer service team was quick to respond in a friendly and efficient manner.
A replacement item was shipped out almost immediately, and it arrived in excellent condition. Very happy with the purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommend.

Crew cut t-shirt and a pair of joggers
I bought a crew neck t-shirt and a pair of joggers. At first I wasn't sure about the t-shirt because the neck was higher than I'm used to and the cotton material was heavy. I love it now. It's my favourite t-shirt. You can wear it also when it's cooler. The joggers are great. I liked them straight away. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because l wish the material of the joggers was thicker. They might not be properly warm in the winter. I am impressed by the policy of the returns even when you have worn the clothes out.

Sizing not as described
Sizing was shown as Regular Fit, items delivered were 'Slim Fit' - not even an option on the website. I raised an enquiry with customer services to understand if they had changed sizing or if it was a mistake and never got a reply even weeks later. Items were returned and received a refund

Kindly check your junk/spam folder, as sometimes they can land in there. We just replied to the same email; hopefully it came through. In July of last year we changed the names of our regular and slim fit t-shirts; you should have received an email about it. After checking your order, I can see you previously ordered our (newly renamed) oversized premium weight t-shirts and accidentally ordered our regular fit by mistake. As a gesture, we have refunded our returns fee and would be happy to offer you free shipping on your next order. Organic t shirts
Ordered 3 organic XS t shirts. Not a great fit but thought they may be a more comfortable fit when washed. Unfortunately they shrank. I recommend ordering at least one size larger.

We pride ourselves on creating quality products using sustainable materials that have been designed to last through countless wears and washes. All of our GOTS-certified organic cotton fabric is pre-washed during production so it shouldn't shrink or lose its shape in the wash as long as care instructions have been followed. As you've washed them, unfortunately we won't be able to take them back for a refund; however, you can send them back to us for free to be recycled, and we'll give you 15% off your next order. The quality of the sweat shirt was excellent, as was the delivery. But, as with previous purchases, the sizing is strange. With an extra small being snug in the body but with extremely long and narrow sleeves which have to be turned over.

I was extremely impressed with the heavyweight joggers and hoodie. Unfortunately the hoodie was too small for me in size l and they don't do an XL ( I wish they did) but the quality is really good 👍 definitely recommend
