I still haven't received my $1,500 USD payment — 17 days of waiting and no concrete solution
I engaged the services of Apex Trader Funding Inc and completed the transaction that would generate a $1,500 USD payment. It appears as "Sent" in the company's system (reference 302049-20260806), having been sent on August 6, 2026, to my Bradesco account, converted to 7,499.24 BRL. To this day—over 17 days later—the funds have not been credited to my account, and the company has offered no definitive solution.
Support promises a "standard response time of under 20 minutes," but in practice, after opening a ticket on August 12, I spent days receiving generic replies like "we'll keep you posted" and "tracking takes a few days to complete." I immediately provided my bank statement, account documentation, and an official response from Bradesco itself. This response indicated that the payment order could not be processed because it was sent in Brazilian Reais (BRL) outside the SWIFT system—meaning there are strong indications the transfer was executed incorrectly by the company or its chosen payment provider.
When I requested—based on this bank confirmation—that the payment be cancelled and reissued via another method (NOMAD), support refused, claiming that "the payment was processed on our end and cannot be cancelled." In short: the money left Apex Trader Funding's accounts but never reached me, and despite the error identified by my bank, the company is unwilling to correct the issue or resend the funds.
The situation boils down to this: the company claims it paid, my bank confirms it received nothing, and plane.com shows no urgency to resolve the matter. I have been met with scripted excuses, no timeline, no guarantees, and no alternatives. I expect a refund or immediate reshipment via another method, and I wish to place on record my complete dissatisfaction.
