Incredible customer service. This team gets it!
Incredible customer service. When my new Kona Ouroboros frame was not perfect, they put in the effort and took the time to get a replacement instead of passing on the hassle of dealing with a warranty issue to me. When my replacement arrived, they hustled to get it back out the door as quickly as possible while still doing a high quality job assembling and repacking it. I will always be grateful to them for their attention to detail and for caring about providing a quality product more than churning out an order. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Been month since ordered Shimano di2 XT…
Been month since ordered Shimano di2 XT groupset. Delivery hung up at UPS delivery site here in Anchorage. Last week Jeff said would get site where located so I could go down and pick it up. Called multiple times and emailed and still haven’t heard back. Very poor customer service.

I ordered some very nice carbon wheels
I ordered some very nice carbon wheels. It took just over two weeks to get them. When I reached out to customer service via email (2 times) I never received a response. I eventually tried asking about my order on their main website chat. Thankfully, I did get some response, but they did not offer any assistance. Basically just told me that they had to order them from the manufacturer and then once they received them, they would ship to me. Then, I saw that the chat option disappeared from their website. It was all very strange. They might have some good deals from time to time, but the shipping and customer support experience is abysmal. Recommend shopping elsewhere to anyone considering purchasing from them.
