Good communication with an e-mail to say they were waiting for the grower to send the plants and were expecting them at the end of the following week. The plants arrived just after that time and were very healthy.

Don’t reply to your emails. You can’t ring them.. and sum it up I went their to ask if they do any discount for a landscaping company which I am… client was going to buy quite a lot… a rely from somebody on the floor who could not speak English said no… so I did state your loss as had a number of clients wanting to buy quite a lot of plants… 👋👋 and customer service was pathetic… better places to get what I need and with a tease discount….😡😡

The place to go for online plant shopping.
I purchased a Hellebore noticing the competitive prices for a plant in a larger pot than most of their competitors. The order process was efficient and communication very good. They notified me the delivery would be sooner than expected. The delivery experience was excellent, it arrived quickly, well packaged and the plant was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company.
