Plants Galore Avis 

I've had some brilliant plants from Plants Galore. Their website is packed full of plants to choose from. Quick delivery and very well packed. Good quality plants at a great price.

The bougainvilea pyramid pictured on the web site was covered in flowers. The actual pyramid delivered had one small flower and luxurious green leaves.
Certainly not what was expected

wish I could give zero, placed the order a week ago and requested express delivery, despite two emails and 40 minutes of calling all their various departments not one answer. I have requested cancellation and refund but I'm certain I will have to arrange a back charge via my bank

Looking for a specific rose, Plants Galore was the only place that had it in stock.
Delivery was prompt, much quicker than the time it said to allow. The rose was well packaged and in good, healthy condition.
It was also good value, compared with other websites. I would be happy to use them again.

The plans were a very good size and very healthy. They were well packaged and arrived in good condition. The only negative thing I can say is that the dispatch time is longer than usual despite the carriage charges being higher than most companies. That said the plants themselves were cheaper than on other websites especially for the size so I would definitely recommend.

Their 'in stock' can mean an overseas supplier has it, and it'll take a week or two to turn up (15 days for me). Their invoice doesn't mention the company name for the VAT number; they use names 'Tyndall Ltd', 'Tyndalls', 'Plants Galore', 'plantgalore' - sounding rather 'fly-by-night'. However, the plants did arrive well-packed and were good (though late).

Bought some turves from PG's other nursery, Tyndall's. here yesterday. They are total garbage. Yellowed and dying grass, despite being told at the tills that they are in VGC. Customer services not very helpful today either. Not impressed and unlikely to use Tyndall's or their sister nursery Plants Galore again.

Excellent service. All the plants I ordered were healthy and securely packaged. The communications was polite and very helpful.
